We decided to give them another chance, but if anything, they've gone downhill. I picked a sandwich that looked tasty on the menu, but there was a teeny tiny amount of meat in it--I mean ridiculous! And they're refrigerating the bread, which they should know ruins the texture--it's Panera BREAD! If nothing else, the bread should be good, but it was mediocre at best. It's a no for me. They allowed a customer to come inside with two big dogs off of their leash. Meanwhile the dog was wandering around scratching and shaking. I reported it to the staff but apparently that is acceptable there. Yuck! read more

Oh panera bread, I love you. However, the food that was served at this particular location was unfortunate in comparison to other panera's i have been too. The service was good ! However, the lady serving the food at the window was quite rude and inpatient with our group. One other complaint is that there was hair in multiple food items is our party! My wife and I ordered takeout last night and we got shorted one baguette with our broccoli and cheese soups. I didn't even think to check at that time, but I was disappointed when we got back to our hotel. Do better next time, it wasn't worth going back to complain last night. read more

Sunday lunch. Place was a bit of a wreck. They seem to have no front-of-house staff to clean, carpet sweep kid messes, etc. Took our food to go. Sandwich was thrown together with what looked like scraps of ingredients. Very hard to eat. A mess. $3 (or $4?) fruit cup side item was disappointing. Even the chips were bland. In general, Panera locations seem to be going downhill. Not crazy about the boring pastry display, filthy kiosks and generally non-communicative staff in the new age of the previously strong brand. Seems like Panera is just trying to save money. It's not a nice cafe anymore. read more

Do you know that commercial where the Texan walks into a NY bar and the bartender says, "How's it goin?" and then the Texan tells the bartender all about his life? This began as a similar experience. We stopped at the Georgia Information Center off I-95 and asked the lady behind the desk if there was a good Panera around. She said, "When it first opened, I ordered a veggie sandwich. They took too long to cook it and it wasn't very good. But I told myself that I would give it another chance. So I went back a few weeks later and ordered another veggie sandwich and a sweet tea. Both were good and I was sure to tell the manager that. Now I'm friendly with them over there and I go there all the time. That's why it's wonderful that you asked me about the nearest Panera Bread." She went on, but I'll spare you the details. She was actually a very nice lady, but she might not have known her Panera as well as she thought. The Turkey sandwich was boring. Plain and simple. The bread wasn't super fresh and the lettuce and tomato were blah. They forgot the pickle. And there were no napkins in the holder. Unlike other Panera Breads off I-95, they were friendly and trying. If I could zero stars I would ... hands down the worst drive thru service. They took our order and then had us waiting after they asked us to pay for about 15 mins with one car behind us and barely any cars in the parking lot. They then proceeded to tell us to wait at a pick up spot because they were backed up. We ordered a simple black coffee, parfait, and bagel. After 25 mins we requested a refund. I love panera but this location is one of the worst i have been to. Messed up my simple order of 1 toasted bagel 3 times. Workers are slow and not friendly. One of the staff was kind enough to finally correct my order after 2 others messed up. read more

So we ate here today for lunch during our quick visit to Brunswick for a Junior golf tournament. Considering they just opened the dining room after the whole Covid 19 shut down, it was good. They had it set up according to cdc recommended guidelines. It wasn't their fault that a group of thirsty teenage girls came in and ignored all precautions and sat down right across from us. It's ok. They were checking out my son. They were blinded by hormones. Anyway, the service was excellent. Food was fresh and tasted so good. It was nice to sit in a restaurant to have lunch. Enjoy! read more

The food was great, but the restaurant was extremely dirty. There was food all over the floor, and very few clean tables. We ordered from the kiosk, ate and then decided to go and get a cookie from the cashiers. There were 4 employees there. One was helping a customer,one was clearly a new employee waiting to be signed on, one was signing the employee on to her register and the other was putting cups on the dispenser. No one said "we'll be right with you, " or even acknowledged we were there. We usually get such great service at Panera, and have never been in a dirty one. We will not return to this one. read more

Ordered tortellini and cheddar broccoli soup with a baguette on the side. The bread was the best part of the meal. Their green iced tea was also good. Other than that pretty typical Panera Bread. My only issue was that all of the tables were sticky. read more

Ordered curbside pickup. Arrived at exactly the time I requested pick-up and waited another 12 minutes before deciding to go inside to check on my order. Once inside I realized that my order was sitting on the counter, there were no customers inside, and there were about 7 workers unoccupied. My order was wrong and missing utensils. I've been going to Panera more frequently since COVID as it is safer than most restaurant options and convenient with the addition of curbside pickup. This is my first time to this location and I was not impressed by the attention to detail and service. However, the food was fresh as always! read more

I finally was able to order food and I decided to get the Santa Fe chicken bowl, worse choice ever!!! It was so greasy I didn't even need lipgloss! There was no manager to be seen. All coffee pots were empty and they didn't have whole milk. We had to wait for it to be refilled/brewed but the young man was very accommodating. That's why i gave it a 2 star. Otherwise it would have been a 1 star. The rest rooms weren't filthy but it did seem like they were not cleaned properly. Would not recommend this Panera...breakfast wrap was made incorrectly and hot drinks were pretty bad. We were to far down the toad to turn around...but the chai tea latte my wife ordered tasted like it had soap in it and the vanilla latte I ordered was just not very good. We poured both drinks out and had to stop for caffeine about 30 mins farther down the road. I go to Brunswick quite often to see family...will not be going back to this Panera ever. read more

Their drive-thru is quick and friendly. Ordered a half Fuji chicken salad yesterday and they mistakenly made a whole one. Gave it to me at no extra cost. I use their app regularly but it was a last minute decision. Thank you! read more
