The Panera bread is located close to a larger plaza with a Sam's Club. The parking lot area has a couple of roads leading into it. Be aware that some of the outlets are entrances and some our exits. There are in total 3 "outlets." One is a two way, one is an entrance only, and one is an exit only. The restaurant has two entrances, one leads directly to the seated area and one goes to the order area. There are some electronic ordering stations that will allow individuals to order directly without going to the counter which could save some time, especially if you're just grabbing some sort of brewed coffee or tea. I can't speak much to the food at this location, as I'm mainly here for the tea and coffee. I recommend the hazelnut brewed coffee. Definitely a solid option. The restaurant is filled with a variety of tables and booths. They seat from 2-8 people. If you are coming here to work, know that there are probably about 3-4 tables that have easy access to outlets for charging. My main complaint with this location is that relative cleanliness. It's not super dirty or anything, I wouldn't want to give that kind of impression by this review, but the tables are sometimes a bit sticky and there could be bread crumbs on the seats. The staff do come by occasionally to wipe the tables, but just my luck that every time I've arrived, it was difficult to find seats that didn't have some flakes on it. Overall, a nice place to hangout or do some work in the area. A nice alternative to a Starbucks. Way more spacious. read more

We came here for a quick bite that was tasty on our way home. It was neither quick nor tasty. Panera used to have a reliable grilled cheese do we ordered 3 instead of the bread with guyere, cheddar and fontina with bacon we were provided a barely toasted sandwich with American cheese. Panera Bread has become a brand that I have often relied on to grab bagels for early morning business meetings. No, they are not the best bagels. Being from the Northeast, New Jersey to be exact, I know good bagels and sadly these are at best decent. However, I live in the warmer climate of the southeastern United States and have learned to adapt. Don't get me wrong, Panera has decent Bagels. They have the usual decent selection and they have a few flavored cream cheeses. In addition to Bagels, they have a variety of baked goods, as well as sandwiches, soups, and others things along those lines. Service here was friendly and the place was clean. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool the staff is very friendly. You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is well prepared some classics and some twists, amazing pastries and for their prices it's 100% worth it. Busy location. After finding parking we entered a spotlessly clean restaurant. Taking the option of a real cashier over the kiosks...(people need jobs...not computers).. We were greated with an enthusiastic employee. She graciously up sales is to get the .99 cookie to go with meal! Soft gooey oatmeal raisin. Self serve beverages with a variety of fruit drinks to select. Nice signs reminding one of how much sugar is in each glass. Grilled Italian sub had olives in the pesto....not on the menu. Roasted turkey BLT was full of meat and a ripe avocado. Bread selections are large and fresh. They sliced our loaf to go and double bagged it as we requested. Quick service and very accurate. I've been to many Panera, and recently visited this new one for a second time. Sadly this new location does not live up to service standards of others. My first visit I ordered a Chinese cashew chicken salad, and to my surprise the chicken was not in or on the salad. Sure, they rectified the situation. But how do you forget a key ingrediant?The latest visit, had a less than average greet at the front. Ordered the Fuji chicken salad, but found their greens mix included kale which was not only bitter, but chewy. It was not enjoyable, I had to remove the kale. Then when I went to throw away the scraps and trash, the clean up lady didn't want anything thrown out as she just emptied the trash and they were closing soon. She then covered the trash openings for remaining guests. Rather odd way to deal with trash. Sorry, this place disappoints me. read more

They were short staffed, which I was willing to overlook and be patient with, but there was absolutely ZERO hustle in any of the employees we saw. The party in front of us got to the counter and were told that they'd be back in a minute to take their order. After ten minutes of waiting and watching employees do tasks like restocking the drink cooler and coffee station, no one behind the counter had even acknowledged that we were still waiting. My food as always been fresh and tasty. I never had an poor customer service. Sometimes the wait to get your food after it has been ordered can be long. But the prices have sky rocketed and the portions have shrunk. Especially if you order out. I ordered a Pick 2 with a drink. Paid almost $15 for a sandwich and soup to go. The sandwich was as small as the baguette and the soup was in about maybe a 4-5 ounce cup! I've noticed you get a larger size soup and sandwich when you eat in. Sooo very terrible. Ordered on the app to get it timely as we left Jekyll. When we got there (at the time the app said it would be ready) it was like 5-6 down on the preparing list. After getting there it was another 25 minutes of waiting there. Half our sandwiches were mushy from being made and sitting in the paper, the tea (that we had to separately ask for because it was empty with the rest of the drinks) was old at best, and tasted terrible. Overall, avoid at all costs!!!!! This is now my third time I have had Panera in the last year, and every single time it's been awful. Panera has gone so far down hill. It's sad really. Wow, what a disappointment! After being cooped up all week we took the kids out and they wanted Mac and cheese. Had to go thru the drive through of course, no big deal. Ordered 2 Mac & cheese and a strawberry poppy chicken salad. We got two small containers half filled (not even a full cup of pasta between the 2)and 3 pieces of very hard bread thrown into a brown bag with the salad. All this was $23.08. Not even any drinks. The most unfriendly lazy customer service. Our "bagels" were 1/2" thick and tossed in a bag. Still it took 15 minutes to hand them to us. They allowed a giant furry dog into the lobby then onto a booth seat. We got in the car to continue our long trip and fox up the "bagels" only to see how terrible they were. We went back to get our money back where the person in charge argued with us on the abysmal state of our "bagels", took our food, and gave us $1.50 back. For two "bagels" and cream cheese. This is NOT what we paid for them, so this is stealing. Shameful business. read more

I typically love Panera Bread but this place obviously had no management on November 7 2021 at 6:15 pm. Complete lack of cleaning, trash was overflowing onto the floor and even into the hand washing sink. Employees did not seem to understand how to take an order. As I waited for my order I watched three other people return with missing items from their orders. My order was incorrect but they did fix it. An oven was not working but they failed to inform me until after taking my money so I had to wait. Was told the wait would only be "like five minutes" it was more like twentyfive, actually more but I stopped counting after 25. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this location. I hope they get an inspection soon. Another customer came in complaining that she was stuck in a drive-through line and could not leave obviously things were not moving. Things behind the counter where food was being prepared was much worse very filthy I will not be eating my food even though I paid for it. read more

At drive-through, they almost never get the order right. Either the food is wrong or they forget basic things like straws and utensils. They always take sooo long, like does take THAT long to put a bagel in a toaster?? The chai tea is always made differently, its almost as if they just tell the workers to through in as much chai as they want. read more

I went today via the Drive-Thru....I was in line a car behind the order box (so not that long of a line). It took just over 20 minutes to get my food - a soup and simple salad- over five minutes was me waiting at the actual window for my food. I have never waited that long in a drive thru. I'm not sure what else was going on, if anything, but there is disconnect of service in the drive thru. It shouldn't take that long. This needs to be better. read more

I've always been a Panera fan and the food here has been up to par but there are issues with the physical condition. The parking lot is very difficult to get in and out of , the computers seem to be down a lot but most of all the finish on all of the tables is sticky so that your hands, arms and even you phone sticks to them. It feels dirty but I'm sure it's because the wrong finish was used. It's a easy fix Panera. read more

The negative: tables dirty, no one at the front to take your order so you had to use the self computer and only one was working, no soap in women's bathroom, and the men's bathroom was propped open and it literally smelled like they mopped the floor with pee water. They Dropped my sandwich on the floor and then try to still serve it to me after asking her to remake it she takes it to the side put scrubs on unwraps it and wrapped it in a new paper and tries to hand it to me. I explain to her that she just cross contaminated the entire work area she had no idea what I was talking about. Generally I love Panera and eat at their restaurants quite frequently but this location multiple times has been a let down. The quality of food as well as presentation is subpar. I had the chicken avocado melt today and the avocados were old and there was hardly any chicken on the sandwich. Nothing like eating old avocados cheese and mostly bread to feel good about paying $14 for lunch for one person. I will not be back to the store for a long time. read more

I must say... everytime I go to Panera I have a great experience but this one time I went and order broccoli cheddar soup and they were out, then black bean soup and chicken noodle and they were out of those, I had it settle for Mac and cheese (which don't get me wrong is delicious) but they put it in the bread bowl I already paid for with the original broccoli cheddar soup. My boyfriend had to change his soup twice too. That was a bit frustrating. My steak and cheese sandwich was good as always and my boyfriend enjoyed his onion soup. They did make up for the lack of soup with bear claws and bagels! I guess that will work! read more

Good, standard Panera. My brothers seemed to enjoy their tuna sandwich and the chicken chipotle sandwiches, and my tomato mozzarella sandwich was good and well. However, the Mac n cheese was basically cold pasta with hot cheese dumped on it-so not very good and my dads sandwich was served without he bacon that he payed extra for. A little disappointing, however, we were able to skip the line and get back on the road because of the very handy "fast order" kiosks. Overall, nothing special, nothing utterly horrible.
