Anytime I come here the service is always spot on. I never have any issues. The restaurant is very clean as well. It's never been busy the times I've visited, so the service has been fast. On 9/5, there was a little bit of a wait but waiting on fresh food is always appreciated. My mom ordered a sandwich and enjoyed it. I had been told I needed to try a few of their cookies. I tried the lemon drop cookie & I LOVED it!! (Thanks Lucy). I definitely will be back to try more of their amazing looking cinnamon rolls, brownies , scones, fresh bread, bagels ,etc. I could go on and on. You get the point!

What I like about Panera Bread is they have a consistent menu that offer healthier food choices depending on what you're getting. Placing your order at the drive thru is a breeze, but it does take a while for your food to be ready, but I don't mind waiting as long as I'm getting my food made fresh. The only thing that I'd tried was there bbq chicken salad which is so good and I always get the full size salad which I have plenty of food leftover. The service is always good during my few times I'd been here.

Have eaten at Panera bread so many times I keep coming for more. I had a few breakfast And lunch sandwiches with different breads and overall have not been disappointed! Love the variety of bagels and breads and some pastries!! All the coffee is also good!

Worst Panera I've been to. I ordered two full salads and they looked like half salads. I asked if the portions have changed and was told that is the full size. For $10 a salad it should be full. He did give me another bowl of romaine lettuce. When I go to any other Panera I get the full size and it is double the size of what I was given. I also asked for the white bread French baguette and was given wheat. The Apple for one of my sides was mushy and not edible. I also ordered the new vegetable soup and it was awful. Couldn't even eat it. Won't be visiting this location again.

I love Panera!! This place is a go-to for comfort food!! Being vegetarian, they have so many Plant-Based options which is rare. I love to get the Strawberry caprese salad, and the soups are amazing. I also love the Mac n cheese. You can't go wrong!! Also stop in for breakfast and try there bagels for breakfast, there to die for!! They make it so easy to order ahead and pick up your order in the "rapid pickup" area. From order to pick up was less than 10 minutes on a Friday night. Quick service and great quality fresh food.

Take a hint....most of the reviews express the staff you hire. Clean house and try again. And don't put kids in charge.

Hidden Gem That Lives Up to the Hype…read more This spot in Trussville, AL is great. I came with friends after seeing how strong the reviews were, and it definitely lived up to them. What looks like a typical sports bar is actually a well-known gem for a reason. The food was excellent across the board. We ordered mozzarella sticks, shrimp, chicken tenders, and fries everything came out hot, fresh, and really well done. Our server was kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was exactly what you'd want lively, fun, and comfortable. The price was right too, actually coming in under what I expected, which made the experience even better. Overall: Easy 5/5, this place knows it's good, and it should.

The sports bar atmosphere is a very loud environment so it is not conducive to a lot of talking but still an enjoyable experience. My wife really likes the Zydeco Salad (sweet chili-glazed fried shrimp, mixed greens, cabbage, candied pecans, jalapeños, tortilla strips, red onions, bell peppers, jack cheese, pepper jelly vinaigrette). Pepper Jack Boudin (jack cheese, pepper jelly vinaigrette) is almost always a part of our order. If you have never had, I recommend you give them a try. The Voodoo Shrimp & Grits (bacon-wrapped jalapeño and cream cheese stuffed-shrimp tossed in sweet chili glaze, served with cheddar grits) are an interesting take on the traditional Louisiana dish. I had never had corn mixed in with my grits before but it was a nice addition. The dish is large enough to split, especially when you add the boudin and Beignet Bites for a full meal. The Seafood Poboy with a choice of boom boom shrimp, fried shrimp or fried catfish with tomato, lettuce, pickles, mayo, poboy bread is another great option.

Overall consistently have been happy with everything I have eaten, but I will say that while still pretty good the burgers are not as good as they were early on. One of the big draws for me has always been the outdoor patio area that is shared with the other businesses that are part of the Trussville Entertainment District (TED). The covering over the area keeps you out of the direct sun but still has a very open air feel. On my most recent visit I got the Feral Smash Burger with Cheddar instead of American Cheese. I ordered the tots for my side because I swore that I had gotten them many times in the past. Looking back at all my photos, clearly I was mistaken. Since I am not a big fan of sweet potato the bartender brought me fries instead to go with my side of Beer Cheese which is well worth the added cost. Depending on when you go, you may have to go inside to order at the bar for the outdoor seating (such as I did today). Other days when the TED is busier and peak times you can order at the outdoor bar. For solo lunch dining I prefer other options in the TED but Ferus is great for groups and outdoor dining. I am sure I will be back especially when my daughter comes to town since she likes to refill her growler with the seasonal sours.

My server, who was super friendly and helpful, stated that the Hoover location still serves it but due to the lengthy process it takes to make it, this location does not offer it anymore. While I was disappointed to find this out, my food made up for it. At my server's suggestion, I ordered the baked ziti lunch special for $10.95. The special came with salad and a breadstick and a healthy serving of baked ziti. I wanted Greek dressing with my salad, but quickly realized that that was not the right choice. It looked more like balsamic vinaigrette and was very tart. I usually eat Greek dressing when dining out but maybe theirs is.....very unique. Maybe I received the wrong dressing. All I know is I couldn't finish my salad because of it. The breadstick was warm and comforting and the baked ziti was very rich and cheesy. It was a delicious and robust choice that didn't break the bank and helped to ease my disappointment on missing out on the pastichio. The server (who kept saying she had been there for 18 years) was excellent albeit really talkative. Not necessarily a bad thing so don't think that it is. There's something nostalgic about this restaurant. It's older but it's still in good shape. It's a huge place with plenty of seating as the place is never crowded the times I've been on the weekend. As an introvert, I actually appreciate that fact. I'll definitely return as I always do when I'm in the mood for rich Italian cuisine.
