Wack ass Panera Bread Worst one yet! They mess up the orders every time. They need to be retrained! Not going there again.

SO frustrated!!!!!! 2nd week in a row of my wife driving through to pick up dinner for us after a long 10 hour shift of nursing only to get home and find missing items. 2nd week in a row!!!!!! This time was a side of Mac n Cheese last time was 2 bags of chips. This will be the last time we eat at this Panera. Such a let down coming from this chain. read more

I went by to check it out and spent 40 minutes in the drive thru. When placing my order I had to repeat it several times because the girl was not getting it right. I finally got to the window the girl asked what size my drinks were because the receipt didn't say. I paid for my food and looked over the receipt. They charged me for items I didn't even order. After having to wait another 10 minutes I got my food and told the girl my receipt was wrong, she said don't worry I'll give you the stuff and refund you the money. The manager came by and I explained to her what I was just told and she laughed and took my bag back. She refunded my money and took away the soup I was given. When I looked in the bag I got items I didn't even order. The food is great but the customer service and wait time is horrible! read more

Brian in the drive-thru was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and kind. I love when the food is great and so is the customer service ! Brain thank you for your kindness to me and my mom! He even offered us extra ice since our brewed teas were a bit hot. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! I am surprised to see the bad reviews because I have yet to experience anything bad here. I usually come here after my classes to do homework and enjoy the great food. Last time I went the cashier was so helpful and provided great customer service! I ordered the pick two, soup and salad which was delicious. The employees are always on top of cleaning the lobby. When I was there the employees would come out about every 15-20 minutes to pick up dishes and clean around the lobby which was nice to see. read more

We went through the drive through, 2 kids means, 2 apple juices and a half salad with a baguette were ordered. We came home with no baguette, no apple juices and the chicken soup was half way empty because Ethel is wasn't put all the way on :-/ not what I'm used to from Panera bread. I tried to call but it just rang and rang so I'll try again later. It's not really the price of what was missing or spilled it's just a huge inconvenience as we live completely on the opposite side of town. read more

My first time at Panera Bread, what a disappointment! We ordered the same sandwich that was supposed to have grilled onions and horseradish sauce. Seriously, my sandwich had 1/2 inch of onion on one of the halves and the horseradish sauce was so scanty that I only tasted it a couple of times. I just threw my husbands box away, not much meat or cheese, we both threw away the last bites which would have been nothing but the bread. We definitely won't go back. read more

My food order is always taken with a smile whenever I've eaten here....the food is another story...I ordered ham and Swiss sandwich the ham inside was covered in brown spots with a rainbow like shine I pulled it out with shock and disgust...the line at the counter was so long as I wanted to return it just threw it away eater beware! I was so excited to finally get a Panera Bread in Beaumont, but the prices are not on the menus, the cashier doesn't know her products, the manager has no clue about baked goods and the baker burns the French pastries. Soufflés are not supposed to be crispy dark brown on top. What a colossal disappointment. What makes it worse is that the manager is completely clueless. I hope they get their act together before it too becomes another horrible fast food restaurant. This may be Beaumont, but there are customers who have lived in very sophisticated areas. And to answer another reviewer, I have seen many Panera bakeries open in numerous locations, but the pastries aren't burnt. This is a question of poor baker and poor management which can happen at any location, new or old. read more

Employees super cool great customer service, but coming from OC/LA where Panera is top notch for quality service I was surprised at how rude this Manager at this location was to me. No eye contact, and she just slid my order across the counter ugly as hell, no apology for waiting 12 minutes for a grilled cheese, or even have a nice day. Yuck, at the type of people out here. I just don't get this rest. I tried it for the fifth time today. I have yet to get my order correct. Today there were only eight people in the restaurant. I ordered oatmeal. It never came. Went up to counter. Still didn't get the order. Second time had to take it to go. Last time my vegetarian sandwich was on the wrong bread that I asked for. Another time eggs were soft should have been scrambled. Ordered bakers doz bagels they were cut incorrectly and were completely lop-sided. Ordered bread sliced thick. Got home it was sliced thin. No a good impression for my first time. The drive-thru was quick, the person who helped us was helpful and patient. our order was a large Mac and cheese, a bottle of water and a passion fruit tea that was unsweetened. Being that this was my aunts first meal of the day due to not feeling well, the mac and cheese was not hot. I mean it wasn't even warm. She didn't finish it so I tried it myself and honestly it wasn't even warm. We live in Cabazon so we weren't gonna turn around, but just thought I'd come here and share our first bad experience. But is the Mac and cheese suppose to be hot? I would think so being that it's suppose to be a hot dish! But ours was far from it. read more

So as I sit in the parking lot of Panera to write this review. Yes, the service was that bad. I stood in line for a while (5 people in line, 1 cashier) the manager comes over to help. While waiting I watch the cashier, who isn't very pleasant pick up a cookie using the paper as he should then continue to talk to the manager while he pressed buttons on his register and picked up things with the hand he's holding the cookie with. Anyway, I finally get up from and I say can I get a bagel pack. He ask me which ones would I like. So they only have 4 different types so I said just give me what you have. He said you have to pick them individually. I said you barely have 13 I'll take whatever over there. He said again you have to pick them out. I said let's walk over here and you can write them down. He didn't like that. With an attitude he went over and started writing. Another lady walks over and grabs some of the bagels I was purchasing. I said hey you were suppose to be getting those for me. He said she purchased them first. The manager backed him. They are always out of bagels for some reason. My problems are as follow: You guys have limited bagels in the evening, if you sold the bagel before mine she would have to come and verify the bagel was there. At that point he should have said I have it sold and not lie to me. The customer service here is why I will never visit this location and probably never Panera again. I don't blame the employee I blame management Before I posted this I walked in to talk to the manager who was very nice and told him why I had a problem with my service. I want to give him a chance before I posted my review. I told him everything I wrote above and he said that I am correct with how they order through the drive though and that she would have had to check so the Bengals should have been mine. He also said that there is a button on the register for a random variety of whatever they have. I asked him did he tell his employee about it and he said he will. Their food isn't bad by any means but this restaurant has messed up orders placed by myself or my wife multiple times. Tonight I ordered delivery and received a soup that wasn't the one I ordered. This location is definitely improving since they first opened. I did not return for a while but things seem to be going a lot smoother and the associates are very welcoming. The drive thru is convenient for days I crave a hot soup but still desire to stay in. There is a lovely young lady who I have encountered twice and name I cannot seem to remember correctly(Bri?). She always brightens my day with her warm smile. Inside it was clean and I ordered the two vegetarian sandwiches they offer with a southwest salad. She noticed I had ordered some vegetarian options and informed me the salad had chicken and wanted to confirm I was okay with that. I told her that was fine as my husband wanted the protein. However, I appreciated her letting me know in advance as there was a possibility of me not knowing of the included poultry. I came by the drive thru for the first time yesterday and the associates were very patient with me which helped put me at ease. I was greeted at the window by the cheerful girl Bri and was handed a panera card by the young man who explained the panera reward system for me. I received my food, which was a maple bacon, egg and cheddar wrap and it was just the wrap. there was barely any egg, bacon or cheddar in it. the picture is a horrible representation. i have had this wrap at another location and i was not disappointed. when i said something to the employees they told me that's what it is. very unsatisfied by my time here. read more

The food was good. They need to work on detail of the orders example I ordered a sandwich with no onion but the sandwich came with onion on it. Plus, how they are compiling the sandwiches is super messy. This a new business in our community, I ordered the 2 item soup and a halve sandwich. When I got my chicken noodle soup it was lukewarm I expected hot soup on this cold day and the 3 cheese sandwich was disappointing. The cheese on the sandwich was not even melted very aggravating. The food is excellent. We went for breakfast and the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was so good. We go at least once a week and have never had a problem. Staff is friendly. They advertise that its 100% clean food. I don't care for the beef sandwiches as the meat is rare and i like mine well done, but not a problem as there are many other very good sandwiches. read more

Customer service needs help. When the employees don't smile, nor say hello, nor even clean up after themselves when they make their coffee or tea there is a problem. Ugh, tables are dirty - I had to clean my own table, CRAZY!!!!!! CORPORATE PLEASE HELP BEAUMONT Panera!!!!!!!! The employees lack attention to detail. I didn't know what to expect and haven't ever been to any other Panera before. Karen was sweet, patient and informative. Went to Panera today around 7 P.M. It was not busy at all and I got my food within one minute of ordering, not even joking. I thought that was a little suspicious, but I took my food and sat down to eat. A couple hours later I start to feel a little queasy and immediately knew it was the food since I felt perfectly fine all day up until I ate at Panera's.
