    The new panera menu

Such amazing service! These wonderful workers deserve a raise! I love every employee here and they are always sure to make me smile, keep it clean, and make delish food for my big tummy. Tay, Gavin, Jarret, Lucas, Kieran, Sam, Eden, Miranda, Amani, Kylan, Preston, Kenyon, and Jaedyn deserve to be paid millions Wonderful, great, perfect, amazing! Awesome people, awesome place, awesome food. I love panera. Panera is for life.

Tasty bacon egg cheese wrap and coffee. That's $10 right there, folks.

Happy they're open for dine-in, but the staff were SSlloooowwww and methodical. Had to wear mask upon entering, but nobody could understand me nor I them so we had to remove the masks to speak! Ugh. More than 50% of the tables were blocked from sitting at, so I wasn't surprised that the place was a ghost town. I'm not allowed to get my own cream, nor my own single-serve packet sweetener. Must get a fresh cup for refills and the place is devoid of life. Met my friend Sonja for some girly time and for about $10 I got a cup of coffee and a breakfast wrap. Not cheap. When I asked for salsa or hot sauce, I was met with a resounding NO. Then a weak apology followed. They had a sign saying, " Due to the change shortage we require payment by credit or debit." What shortage?! I had cash and paid with cash. Why the ploy? Idk. If it wasn't for my sweet, sweet friend I probably would've left. I really didn't feel welcome nor appreciated by anyone employed there. On the flip side, my coffee was good and strong and the wrap was tasty even without the salsa.

I have been to this Panera before, Dalton being a fantastic employee showing true customer service the few times I have been here. However, the employee making the food, Jenn, ruined the atmosphere there for me. I had been waiting in line for 20 minutes (with three people in front of me) and when it was 10:32am the lady in front of me had tried ordering breakfast but they told her she was too late. This lady had been there before me, 20 minutes earlier. Jenn told her no more breakfast and Dalton asked the back asking if there were any more eggs and they were able to make her one last egg sandwich. While making this lady's sandwich she was complaining, so loud that myself in line can hear. The entire time I waited for my coffee all I heard was Jenn making food, literally huffing at every single order said to her and saying uncomplimentary things about the customers because there was a large line. I will not be visiting this Panera, when customers are clearly not welcomed by all employees.

My opinion is a little skewed as I come here at night to study, usually when the lunch and dinner rush is over. In turn, it is usually quiet and I am able to get my order in very quickly. However, when I have come in for lunch, the food is delivered quickly...after standing in line for 15 minutes. I'm terms of the food, the soup, sandwiches, and dessert are very good! My favorite item is the clam chowder. It is definitely better than many other restaurants, with a creamy texture (compared to other chains which the soup is watery) and the savory flavor of regular clam chowder. The sandwiches come in many varieties and I enjoyed every sandwich I've had here. I think that every person who comes in will find something that sounds appetizing to one's cravings. The desserts are usually amazing. I had the cinnamon roll which is very soft middle (which I always enjoy) but I would also recommend that you have them reheat the roll to make it even softer and the icing spreadable all over the roll. I will definitely come back to enjoy the different flavors of food.

Much better service than castle rock location. Sick so didn't feel like making dinner. Wanted soup so decided on Panera. They had some people eating dinner. There was a line beginning to form at the order counter but luckily they opened another cashier station. He got Mac and cheese with a baguette side order. I got the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl with an apple for my side. They didn't take that long to make it even though the order before ours was a large family. The Pepsi tasted bad to me and I worries that the soup would too as I was sick. But it was yummy. Hot and tasty. And so good with the bread bowl. I love the bread bowl. Makes the soup taste better I think. Always challenging to eat the bread bowl without night naming a mess. Good choice tonight.

Bottom of my Baja Bowl. First time it had 'juice' in it?

Soup Portions are laughable. Charging ten dollars for a soup that's smaller than a side with a half a scoop of ingredients is wild.

First off the service is absolutely impeccable. The lady that helped us out at first was so kind and patient. Usually at stand up to order places I feel rushed but not here. The kindness is felt in the AIR. We ordered The Romanos meatball and it was the BEST MEATBALL SANDWICH I've ever had in my LIFE and my partner agreed. It was everything you want in a sandwich. The meatballs are HUGE and the bread is soft, the cheese is SO cheesy. I wasn't that hungry and we ordered 1 sandwich thinking I would have a few bites but I ended eating a whole half lol I was THAT good! So my partner ordered another sandwich. They were out of the one he wanted so you know were already planning a trip back! Like tomorrow FR lols The gentleman that helped my partner out for round 2 was also very nice, friendly and generous. I promise- walking in the atmosphere felt very warm, clean, cozy, and welcoming. There was also a customer that couldn't stop making phone calls and talking about HIS sandwich and how good this place is and we could not agree more. I cannot stress this enough, this is my new favorite place.

I generally avoid leaving lower reviews on "mom and pop" places because I don't want to impact their ability to live. But their response to my daughter's comments rubbed me the wrong way. So, let that color your take on my bias of the rest of my review, but it's honest and accurate. While we were there, I found the owners very friendly, nice, and kind to us. They were very conscientious in fixing their mistakes, and I appreciated that. They're not nice with online retorts to less-than-stellar reviews. The food was fine, and my father loved his lox and cream cheese on a cinnamon bagel. He is eager to have the second half for lunch tomorrow. I found my own turkey sandwich incredibly difficult to eat as it presented more like an open-faced sandwich in need of a plate and cutlery. The sub roll literally wrapped halfway around the contents and fell apart after every attempt at a bight. I would have preferred a quarter of the oil (which was not in the menu description), as it overwhelmed most of the other flavors. SO MUCH OIL! Oil was going everywhere (Not in the menu description). My wife and I both got the turkey sandwiches, and neither had mustard (which was in the menu description). We both got a couple of banana peppers (also not in the menu description), and mine had a sundried tomato (also not in the menu description). SO MUCH OIL! For a $19 sandwich, the construction of the sandwich is flawed, and the flavors need tuning. Plus, they claim they are consistent with their menu, but my experience and other reviews tends to discredit that claim. You be the judge. With these changes, I would have gone back. However, while I did NOT get this feeling when I was there at all, but in reading that response to my daughter's review, and their responses to many other negative reviews, I now believe they have a huge chip on their shoulders and lash out more than is acceptable, which is zero. I'm sorry for their attitude because I predict it will be their downfall. I rate them at two stars because of the attitude that I experienced after we left, and seeing their online responses. I would've otherwise given them three stars because of the food.

I've been going to the original Lone Tree…read morelocation for years, my company actually financed and built that one out; so I had to check out this new spot on Mainstreet in Parker. This one's got a cozy, small-town vibe, tucked between other shops with plenty of seating both inside and outside. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles and a friendly "Welcome in!" The staff here are genuinely nice and make you feel at home. Of course, I had to get my go-to: The Bronx Bomber: pastrami, egg salad, spicy mustard, Cajun sauce(my add on always) on both sides, pumpernickel bread, lettuce, tomato, and thin-sliced red onion. Absolute perfection. This sandwich always slaps. My coworkers saw it and immediately asked, "Where did you get that?" Told them straight up -- Mainstreet Parker, Heidi's got another location. Every bite takes me back to the NYC delis I grew up with and miss dearly. If you're craving a legit New York-style deli sandwich with flavor that hits every time (and comes with potato salad or chips), this is the spot. A must-try; and trust me, once you do, you'll keep coming back!

The order would be ready quickly, in 5-10 minutes. First disappointment was that they were out of the chicken salad I craved. I ordered egg salad instead, with bacon, on a hoagy roll with sesame seeds on top, pickle spear, and potato salad for my side. The egg salad was very good (lettuce and tomato added), bacon was a short piece on each half of the sandwich, so not worth the $2.50 up charge, I'd say. The hoagy roll was fresh and generously sized. (I saved 1/2 my sandwich for later.) The potato salad was meh, but luckily there was very little of it. Should've have selected the Lay's potato chips, or one of the other chip options available with an up charge. Hubby was very disappointed with his corned beef Reuben. The marble rye bread was chewy (is that normal?), and the only condiment he requested, mustard, was missing from his sandwich. The sandwich itself was smaller than expected. Again, the potato salad side was astonishingly tiny. We decided it was a 3-bite portion. We were able to park out front in the street to pick up our order. There are a few tables inside, but they unoccupied at 6:30 pm on a weeknight. No plans to visit again.

The nice lady said that they're working on it. She offered me a choice of a cup or lettuce. I decided on the cup. And ordered fries because no carbs from bread. Win-win! She also gave me a small discount, because I wasn't getting bread. That was so nice! I decided to try the Impossible cheesesteak. Oooh. It needed more cheese, but I got mushrooms, onions, and sweet peppers. It was served in a cup. I have to admit, that was pretty funny. I doused everything with Cholula. Yum!!! I ordered a medium, and couldn't finish it. I have gluten-free baguettes and wraps at home, so that's why I got a medium instead of a small. Did finish all the fries. While they aren't my favorite, they were good. I really prefer greasy, crispy crinkle fries. But these weren't dry. Just lacked real flavor. It's a nice, clean space, much like Highlands Ranch. It's right next to Carrera's, near Pinterest. I hope that they do add a gluten-free option soon! Eating a cheesesteak from a cup just wasn't the same, lol.
