My main issue is the internet service at this location is spotty, slow, and unreliable. I go to many different locations, dependent on my work needs around the city. Locations like Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, and South Colorado locations have great internet access,which serves my needs well. I was placing my order on a kiosk when a Team Member asked if he could place the order - nice gesture showing some hospitality...but unfortunately he placed it incorrectly. I should have asked for a receipt and should have checked the order once ready - which to be fair - I should not have to do. This isn't that hard! But, the worst of it came when I called back to let the manager, Corey, know of my disappointment. They were out of Romaine - didn't get the order right (no chicken) didn't add the extra Hummus which we paid for and Corey's response "I'll coach them to better" - and offered nothing as a gesture of appreciation. Worst of it - absolutely no value in the product - mediocre at best - and 0 value in the experience. No chance I'll ever be back. This restaurant is so inconsistent! They open at 6am and constantly don't have fresh coffee ready when they open. The crew seems to constantly be ruining late with many breakfast items not available. They seriously shouldn't open at 6am if they aren't prepared to serve the customer. They have a sort of entitlement and bad attitude about being open early and not being prepared. read more

Happy they're open for dine-in, but the staff were SSlloooowwww and methodical. Had to wear mask upon entering, but nobody could understand me nor I them so we had to remove the masks to speak! Ugh. More than 50% of the tables were blocked from sitting at, so I wasn't surprised that the place was a ghost town. I'm not allowed to get my own cream, nor my own single-serve packet sweetener. Must get a fresh cup for refills and the place is devoid of life. Met my friend Sonja for some girly time and for about $10 I got a cup of coffee and a breakfast wrap. Not cheap. When I asked for salsa or hot sauce, I was met with a resounding NO. Then a weak apology followed. They had a sign saying, " Due to the change shortage we require payment by credit or debit." What shortage?! I had cash and paid with cash. Why the ploy? Idk. If it wasn't for my sweet, sweet friend I probably would've left. Soup Portions are laughable. Charging ten dollars for a soup that's smaller than a side with a half a scoop of ingredients is wild.

If you want fast, friendly service dont come to this location, especially if you order on the app. I came in and informed not one but two employees of my order and they just gave me that deer in headlights look, and then bumbling through the other orders saying "whats youre name again?" for the tenth time in a row while a line of other customers wait in line both in front and behind me. I have been to this Panera before, Dalton being a fantastic employee showing true customer service the few times I have been here. However, the employee making the food, Jenn, ruined the atmosphere there for me. I had been waiting in line for 20 minutes (with three people in front of me) and when it was 10:32am the lady in front of me had tried ordering breakfast but they told her she was too late. This lady had been there before me, 20 minutes earlier. Jenn told her no more breakfast and Dalton asked the back asking if there were any more eggs and they were able to make her one last egg sandwich. While making this lady's sandwich she was complaining, so loud that myself in line can hear. The entire time I waited for my coffee all I heard was Jenn making food, literally huffing at every single order said to her and saying uncomplimentary things about the customers because there was a large line. My opinion is a little skewed as I come here at night to study, usually when the lunch and dinner rush is over. In turn, it is usually quiet and I am able to get my order in very quickly. However, when I have come in for lunch, the food is delivered quickly...after standing in line for 15 minutes. I'm terms of the food, the soup, sandwiches, and dessert are very good! My favorite item is the clam chowder. It is definitely better than many other restaurants, with a creamy texture (compared to other chains which the soup is watery) and the savory flavor of regular clam chowder. The sandwiches come in many varieties and I enjoyed every sandwich I've had here. I think that every person who comes in will find something that sounds appetizing to one's cravings. The desserts are usually amazing. I had the cinnamon roll which is very soft middle (which I always enjoy) but I would also recommend that you have them reheat the roll to make it even softer and the icing spreadable all over the roll. This is the closest Panera location to us and sadly, its gone down here. Service is slow, orders seem to be wrong more than right and it always seems just a bit dirty. I really come here for the coffee because I have the coffee subscription and lately there hasn't been any coffee, wth? Instead, they offer to make me a latte or Americano which is totally fine with me but I don't feel like financially smart for them. Much better service than castle rock location. Sick so didn't feel like making dinner. Wanted soup so decided on Panera. They had some people eating dinner. There was a line beginning to form at the order counter but luckily they opened another cashier station. He got Mac and cheese with a baguette side order. I got the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl with an apple for my side. They didn't take that long to make it even though the order before ours was a large family. The Pepsi tasted bad to me and I worries that the soup would too as I was sick. But it was yummy. Hot and tasty. And so good with the bread bowl. I love the bread bowl. I used to come here just for the Baja Bowl with Chicken. It used to be one of my favorite meals. This last visit was pretty much that...my last visit. First of all, the place was filthy under the tables. We had to go to several booths to find one suitable to sit at. After placing the order, the coffee that was out was cold, and there was a bit of an attitude when I asked for a fresh pot. And one of the things that irk me the most about these places lately, is they ask for a tip on the screen when you place your order....I walk up to place my order, get my own drinks, run back to the pickup counter to get my food, and have to bus my own table after eating. WHY do you get a tip? That was probably why the Baja bowl was the worst ever. Completely watery (which was a first!), lacking flavor, 2 pieces of chicken in it, hardly any food in it at all...and to top it off there was a very hard rock in it, or something disgusting that was not food! No one seemed to care as I told 2 employees. We had to get a burge elsewhere because there was not enough food in the bowl to fill us up. read more

Avoid the Panera at Cornerstar! We've eaten or ordered from them for years, but the quality of the food and the service has really gone downhill, in direct proportion to their prices rising. I placed an order for two "pick two" meals, for a total in excess of $35. When my husband brought it home, the soup was missing from one meal, and there was very little meat and other items on the sandwich. It was mostly bread. When I called and spoke nicely to the person who answered my call, she had no clue how to address a legitimate and politely-delivered complaint. Unfortunately, neither did her boss when I packaged the food up and took it back. I was told, is essence, that Panera now serves skimpy sandwiches. I was able to get the price of our meals refunded, but it was a wholly unsatisfactory experience. That was our last trip to Panera! read more

I ordered a dozen bagels on Saturday for my Sunday Mothers Day brunch. On Sunday as I was getting ready to leave and pick up my bagels I got a call from Panera that the only had 4 of the 10 everything bagels that I ordered. All of the bagels they had left were sweet ones that would not go with lox. I had to cancel my order, I can't understand why they didn't fill my order till the last minute when they were out of bagels when I ordered and paid for them a day in advance. What poor management. Thanks for screwing up our Mothers Day brunch. I won't be back and don't recommend ordering anything from them in advance as they will probably mess up your order. A Panera Restaurant unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The order was not correct .. there is a hair in the plate .. the service was incredibly slow, with servers seeming indifferent to our needs. The food quality was subpar.. Additionally, the manager JERRY was extremely rude with his assistant dark skin tall guy wearing eyeglasses and the coworkers were laughing at us they don't want to help and they did not even trying to change the meal .. I was greeted by the order taker, she was friendly, helpful, and polite. She even asked if I would like a water cup while I wait for my order. I went to get water and a customer was trying the drink selections and then just spitting them into the catch tray. I let an Employee know that was walking by. He said "nothing I can do about it I'm just the dishwasher". I waited for my order. I ordered pick 2. Half a turkey avocado BLT and a bowl of broccoli cheddar. They called my name and I took my order the manager was chit-chatting with the sandwich maker behind the counter they seemed friendly enough. My daughter and I were having a late night dinner and it been awhile since we had been to Panera so we went to the one near our homes . We asked for the 2 for one deal supposed to be $8.49 supposed to be a sandwich soup or salad and chips for $8.49 for the sandwich I chose well when cashier rang it up it came out to $14.59! Not the $8.49 as posted on the board for two sides that are to be included. So I said take off the soup and I'll just have the sandwich and chips and a medium drink my daughter had a bowl of soup. Total amount of was more than listed on the board for each of the foods listed and I was asking the young associate for a refund as it's a "bait n switch " plain and simple! She refused even pulled it up showing the cost if had gotten the meal as the way I had desired and would have been $14.94! Not the $8.49 as on the menu board! This was quite distressing as I loved going to eat at Panera, but after this event, I will not be back as anyone who intentionally marks up products and when caught red handed acts like the customer is at fault doesn't deserve my business! I eat out maybe once a month if lucky and this used to be my favorite place to go! But after this adventure and the negative attitude and the overcharging and lack of concern for the customer well I feel it was my duty to say something as I love the food but you have chased me away by deceitful practices! Today was my first visit to this Panera Bread in about a year and a half because my last visit nearly resulted in my death. Perhaps I should explain myself. I have a nut allergy, which I am always extremely careful about. 18 months ago I ordered the same bagel I had ordered countless times before. I even ordered it unsliced because I don't want my bagel going through a slicer that may have sliced a nutty bagel previous to slicing mine. Anyway, surprise! My bagel that day had a nut in it and I spent the next several hours in the ER focusing on continuing to breathe. This is not how I had planned to spend that particular Saturday. Later, I called up the store to explain what happened. I didn't want another person to have the same issue. I don't tend to get too overly upset about this kind of thing because humans do make mistakes, but in this case the result of the mistake was kind of a big deal. In that conversation I learned that Panera Bread does not bake their own bagels. They buy them from a local bakery. I would think that a place with the word "bread" in their name would at least bake their own bread, but apparently that is not the case. Forgive me if I never eat another Panera Bread bagel. Today I got a latte and a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. It was OK, nothing special. At just under $10 for the breakfast, I certainly expected something a bit more special. It occurred to me that I could have gone to McDonald's and bought a very similar breakfast for about half the price. I'm not sure where some of the pictures on this Panera's Yelp reviews were taken, but my breakfast sandwich was not served on a piece of cloth on an old rustic wood plank. Instead, it was served on an inexplicably huge plate, and it looked very, very lonely. Meh, I've experienced better. read more
