My review is for this location's delivery service. I made a mistake while ordering online and my addressed auto-filled as Jax Beach North instead of South. My driver called me to tell me she could not find my address. Her name is Heidi and she was so gracious. Instead of following the store's policy and canceling my order to be filled by the 3rd. Ave. location, she drove out of her way to deliver my lunch. She was just as graceful when she arrived at my house and kept apologizing, even though it was my fault. People like Heidi are hard to come by and her simple gesture made my day and recovered my faith in humanity. The anger I have in me right now over ordering from Panera has me seeing red!!! I ordered 2 spinach soufflé and fruit for the baby, delivered $22. The first transaction got me an "OOPS" and I hit pay again, reverted to pickup. I called in and Marvin answered. He said yes he saw my orders and noticed I put no avocado and then noted to put avocado on the side and told me there's a button for that. "Well thx Marvin, if I seen a dang button ya think I wouldn't have used it than do it the hard way". Then told me he could cancel. I said plz. Don't cancel the soufflé drops off menu around 10:10 am. Don't know why Bc breakfast is until 10:30. But I know. He kept getting mad I screenshot there isNO BUTTON just says item available until 10:30. It's 10:08 transferred me to Arianna the "manager" she told me she could cancel and just reorder again NO plz don't. She said come get it or cancel, only options. I said well I'm going to pay someone to come get it could she credit or comp for the mess. She said no they didn't have anything I said so you guys don't have an option for customer satisfaction and she said they don't really have an option. I call Corporate they give me 2-15$ credits and I place another order to get my original and added stuff to make it enough to deliver 25.88$ so, now I've order 50$ worth of Panera for a soufflé and some fruit. I call and Marvin answers I tell him I placed a new order to get delivery and he said he would cancel the first order and send it with new order plus for ALL MY INCONVENIENCE COULD HE OFFER ANYTHING ELSE, I was like really. He said yeah this is been crazy and I said I would love some broccoli cheddar and some bread and he said NO PROBLEM I GOT YOU!! Yay finally; I'm happy again 2 hours later. Have old order and new order and soup coming!!! I finally get my order delivered. I only got the 2 and 1/2 hour old food that Marvin said he would send with new order plus the soup. I call up and Marvin is unavailable but Ariana says well I see that you ordered dollar for dollar to get the old order delivered and "Marvin don't remember offering me soup" so, She don't know what else she can do. OMG! I've spent 50$ for 2 and half hour nasty old food. She hung up on me. I called back and then again and realized they were screening my calls and didn't answer. I've tried to get ahold of a general manager all day and gotten the run around. Corporate canceled the second order and then comp me 2 more 15$ credits. Both corporate calls were very pleasant and accommodating but still doesn't feed anyone. If I dare to order again will I be sabotaged. I don't know. Still waiting on some sort of resolution but I'm stunned at the poor work ethic "Ariana" if that's her name has. I called off my daughters phone and Amanda answered and agreed that was "her" name. This is just mind blowing that they didn't send my 2nd order I paid for which had extra stuff to get it to delivery amount. So long of the short of it. No one accommodated me, the customer for such hassle and didn't comp a single thing then kept my whole second order and sent the food they intended to throw away bc it has sat for 2 and 1/2 hours at this point. Went for brunch today and I was very pleased! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful! It felt as though the employees working all held management positions because of the pride they took in their jobs. The food was delish and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. I will be back! read more

There was difficultly in placing an order because we had to lee repeating our order! Two simple meals. When we received our order there was a mistake in our order. Which was made by the cashier. When we approached the counter after receiving the wrong order the shift supervisor Chris was rude and lacked any and all customer service. Really disappointing that Panera can't have some simple customer service and an apologetic attitude. Even after telling the shift supervisor we were disappointed in the service he showed no remorse. I go to this location at least twice a week because I work walking distance. Today was a disappointment. I get the Bacon Turkey Bravo every time on the Asiago bread and today it was COLD! It's usually toasted and warm and delicious and I look forward to it, but today it was awful. read more

Okay, this place has a drive-through and that's what makes me keep coming back. They are okay. Have a few vegan choices and a decent cup of coffee, friendly employees too. BUT they consistently mess up my food order. I'd say about 60% of the time.. And I go here a lot. But a smile and a sorry goes a long way with this human. I'll be back! read more

A new Panera. Well run. Happy friendly personnel. Its clean and never very busy which so unusual for a Panera. Only once when i ordered in advance did i have a bad meal. Went through drive through after late day around 6:15, only car, ordered 1/2 green goddess cobb salad and a green smoothie and a bagel. Had one more quick stop, get home and open bag, no receipt, no dressing and my meal was about 17.00 dollars. Tipped the kid at drive through window but he had no customer service skills, did not ask if I wanted chips or bread, did not offer receipt and after tipping him a dollar not even a thank you. More than three times have had an issue with my order being wrong at this location. I'm so disappointed and considering not visiting this location again for a long long time. When I called they offered free salad next time but I said what will I eat tonight don't you have delivery drivers? The manager reluctantly sent some one but it took more than 45 minutes to arrive and I'm five minutes down the road from them. Not good Panera! read more

I'm continually disappointed with this Panera location. They give approximately a tablespoon of chicken salad on the $8 Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. Normally I'd never complain, but tonight was the fourth time I've went through the drive-thru and discovered a pathetic excuse of a sandwich when I got home. read more

Consistently great food and service at this location. I like it best of the many I tried in Jacksonville.

I've done delivery multiple times from this location, but on two separate occasions with two different drivers, I was taken advantage of. I would tip in cash, and sign the paperwork, and go on my way, only to find my bank card charged more than my order came to in total. Both drivers in those instances wrote in extra money in the tip portion after getting in their cars. I don't do delivery anymore, but do the drive thru now. read more

Very upset with my last order. Came around 9pm, ordered a Chicken Kale Ceaser, a White Cheddar & Steak panini and 2 green teas. The panini was fine but the salad and teas were dissapointing. Panera is always a score for me. Its fast, fresh and they have the best green tea ever! I visit this location quite often because of its close proximity to my gym and because they have a drive thru. Turkey chili and Thai chicken very good. Chili had over 1,000mg sodium which is too much if you ask me. Plum ginger iced tea not good at all, tasted like a child's candy. Staff very nice and helpful. Prices good. read more
