However, The ladies bathroom was dirty and dining tables needed to be wiped down more frequently to remove crumbs. I wiped the table myself and noticed another patron do the same. This is a very large Panera, in a large sort of strip mall area. Parking was only OK. They've tons of tables, all kinds, and plenty of roots. If you order from the app and you go in for pick up, you pick it up at the front, unlike most of the Panera is, I'm familiar with where you pick it up somewhere between the kitchen and the front. So it took a moment for me to find my food. I had the tomato soup here, it was very good. Not surprised, it's usually very good. 3 stars for this large chain. Remember when Panera use to be good? I barely remember it. This usually happens when the CEO sells the company to a large conglomerate who cares about maximizing profits above all else. It happen to Panera Bread and eventually it will happen to your favorite brand. My wife had a coupon for a $7 soup and sandwich. It was terrible. The soup was too salty. I's comparable with Campbells or Progresso soup. The steak sandwich itself was soggy and tiny. The meat covered half the bread. The wife ordered online for pickup and it was still not ready despite the app saying it was ready. Maybe we shouldn't have come 30 min before they close. Maybe Panera is just trash. I had a few visits at this Panera located in the suburbs of Atlanta. The main reason was to pre order a larger selection of bagels for the swim team. However I also dined in once as well. The parking area is spacious. Some minor debris was in the lot, but the walk was clear. A staff and manager arranged for my order of bagels for 50. When I arrived the next day everything was ready to go complete with cream cheese, utensils and napkins. The carrier was very quality and branded. It was wonderful hit with the team. A side note I had arranged for multiple days on bagels, but cancelled the second day by phone 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately that information was not communicated and they made up a second that was setting at the store all morning. When they called me to ask about pick up I explained and was not charged. Another visit was for lunch. Ordering was efficient and my club sandwich tasty. The dining room need more attention on the cleanliness, but they were really busy. What an uneventful visit. Unfortunately, upon arriving this evening, they were out of everything we ordered. The chicken and wild rice soup and the Green Goddess salad. We were going to find other items to I order however, they don't take Mastercard. I left my regular debit card at home and only had that card. Faith, the clerk, was initially nice. However I wasn't a fan at the tone she took with another employee that asked what seemed to be a simple question. Great location and good restaurant. Panera Bread (PB) is pretty predictable with reasonable calorie fresh food choices. I have been to this location a half dozen times and have been satisfied with the ordering, friendly staff, and lunch. We had three hungry guys ordering: 1. Duet with Greek salad and Tomato Soup and chocolate croissant (Yummy!), 2. Full Thai chicken salad with bread, 3. Steak and Cheddar sandwich with chips. All of us liked our lunches. We were hungry as we had done an eight mile hike at Stone Mountain, which is about 10 minutes from this location. Free WiFi here. This location gets busy, so ordering with the app is the way to go. This was during covid, and staff was wearing masks, sanitizer provided too. Nice restaurant inside, but we ate outside where they have several tables set up. I ordered using the app and only had to go inside to pick up my rapid order. The others went inside to order and came outside to wait for the order to be ready. You must were a mask to go inside. I've really enjoyed my food from this Panera location the past two times I've ordered. This is another one of the many chains that has not been brought to my home of Maui yet, but I do believe it would prosper there if given the chance. I remember going with a college friend once to Panera, back in my Chicago days, but never ordered anything until just this year. Man, I've been missing out on some pretty solid lunch deals. Twice recently, I went with the Pick Two deal - first, trying the Asian sesame salad with chicken and the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich, then, returning and trying the corn chowder and Bacon Chipotle Melt. They give half a sandwich or salad and/or a cup of soup for the pick two deal. I've gotten chips as a side both times, but I believe you can order fruit, a baguette, or other items instead. Both times the meal was only $10-11 with tax - excellent value for a light but filling lunch. I also got a plum ginger hibiscus tea this past time which was good with a little added stevia from home. Ordering and pick-up has been super easy with online and curbside service. I haven't had any issues so far and will continue to frequent this spot for the good value, flavor, and variety for lunch. read more

I had a Dr's appt nearby, and I had time to get something to eat beforehand. I found out Panera Bread was within a mile, so I came here for a toasted cinnamon crunch bagel. Panera Bread is in a long strip mall, and it shares a large free parking lot with many other businesses. I don't think that the parking lot ever gets jam packed, so customers should be able to easily find a parking space. There are seven tables outside, each with an umbrella (ella, ella, ella), although there isn't any need for any umbrellas because the tables are placed under the overhang, with constant shade. When I walked in, I was immediately warmly greeted by one of the employees behind the bagel counter. The second employee then also welcomed me to Panera. Both of them were wearing face masks and gloves. The ordering area is kind of in an awkward spot, and there wasn't that much social distancing going on, so I took some steps away from other customers who had arrived after I did. Unfortunately for me, the other customers mistakenly took this as an invitation for them to order ahead of me. So, when the employee said that she could help the next person, I talked over one of the pushy customers and ordered a toasted cinnamon crunch bagel and honey walnut cream cheese spread. This was prepared quickly, with the other employee selecting a bagel, splitting it half using a machine, toasting it, then putting the bagel, a small container of honey walnut cream cheese, some napkins and a plastic knife sealed in plastic all into a paper bag. Instead of handing the bag to me, the employee started up a conversation with one of the customers for a few minutes, seemingly forgetting about my and other customers' orders. As I've always told production employees of mine, "You can talk, but keep your hands moving," but, apparently, this was not a rule, nor was multitasking allowed, here. I was ready to ask for my bagel when that employee must've realized he was on the clock. Then he looked into the bag to verify the contents and then asked, "Toasted cinnamon crunch bagel?" Wow! Both of the employees seemed nice, but neither one of them were efficient, leaving 5 customers waiting while they engaged in personal discussions. *sigh* The dining area is big and can hold a lot of people. If you arrive before most other customers and want to dine in, you probably can pick a table that will easily allow for social distancing. This time, I chose to take my bagel to go, drove to where my appointment was and ate in my car. At least the cinnamon crunch bagel was crunchy and had a great cinnamon sugar flavor without being overly sweet. read more

This location has remained unchanged since it originally opened. By the looks of the decor, I would guess it opened in the late 1980's or early 90's. And it's filthy dirty in many places. The area where the soda dispenser is, is very dirty and disgusting. See photos below. The food is satisfactory. But they regularly run out of ingredients and have to reselect options. This location needs the interior and all food machines and dispensing devices to be completely stripped down, cleaned, and sanitized. I accidentally found myself over there. I thought I ordered from Conyers GA but actually ordered from the Tucker location. Breakfast was over at McDonald's and everywhere else. I called and explained I would be an hour away and asked if they could keep the family order of Breakfast sandwiches warm. They graciously said yes. So we got there at 12pm. We picked up the bag. It has been a while since I have been to a Panera Bread. The restaurant was average. I ordered the You Pick 2. The broccoli cheddar soup was good as usual. The sandwich was a tuna salad and it was lacking the tuna salad. To be honest, they put about half of the usual amount of tuna salad on the sandwich than I remember. I was very disappointed this time around. Maybe they should call it a 1/4 sandwich instead of half because it was lacking. I will mark this down as a specific location issue and not mandated by corporate. read more

I ordered from here last Thursday and was grossly disgusted. I ordered around 7:30 and when the food was delivered, I received a sandwich with hard and inedible bread. My macaroni included bacon that appeared undercooked and to add insult, they threw in two cookies as hard as bricks. I will never order from this place again. read more

This is one of my favorite lunch places. I usually order on-line using the 'rapid order' function and go for the pick-up. My order was always ready by the time I go to the shop. It is a counter-serve bakery or cafe chain serving sandwiches, salads & more known for its bread & free WiFi. They are great at quick and mostly healthy. Good food and great attitude. They do have ample free parking in the plaza. They have the best soups, cookies and sandwiches and the service is always good. They have gotten rid of some many good items and just because grass eaters (vegans) are dumb doesn't mean they should appeal more to them than normal people who enjoy all sorts of foods. I always go for the 'You Pick Two' feature. You select two from the following - Half Salad and Half Sandwich or Cup of Soup. Half Mac & Cheese and One Flatbread to create your own ideal meal. This particular Panera location struggles with service. They are also inconsistent in preparation of the food. I've had some sandwiches here with the bread burned due to too much time on the griddle. There are multiple locations around the Atlanta metro I visit. They are always worth it. The staff is always courteous. I love the pick 2 menu. I normally get a soup & sandwich. I can eat soup year round. Their fall autumn squash soup is awesome sauce. I love the chipotle chicken sandwich. They have delicious fresh baked desserts. That they make fresh everyday. I travel frequently for work and I spend A LOT of time in Paneras, and I'm very unimpressed by this location. I ordered a Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken, and instead of the green goddess dressing, I asked for balsamic because I'm allergic to milk/dairy and cannot have the creamy dressing. When I received my salad, there was a mixture of the creamy goddess dressing and the balsamic.... There were many dirty tables throughout the restaurant. This Panera has all the gastronomic appeal of a truck stop. I've been to lots of Panera stores and this is the worst. It's been this way for years, too, so I only go when I have to. Today: I could see on the computer screen the clock on my order. By the time I got it, it was at 7+ minutes, which judging by the red background behind the timer, was longer than the corporate standard. Had to ask for a lid for my coffee, which seems to be their process. Wasn't available by the actual coffee. Dirty tables. Dirty carpet. Dirty bathrooms. The girl making the coffee dropped and broke one of the large pots. It created a snowball effect that caused lots of other things to go flying off the counter in the cooking area. Whatever you do, don't order vegetarian sandwich here! $5 for 1/2 sandwich comprised of (not kidding here) 1 lettuce leaf, 2 small slices of tomato, 2 small cucumber slices, 1/2 tsp hummus, 1/2 tsp jarred peppers, 1/2 tsp feta cheese, and 1-2 tsp oil dressing.
