The lady in line in front me made her order. I was next. The cashier walked away. After a few minutes, I started my stopwatch to see how long it would take for my existence to be acknowledged. After five minutes, I left. This was March 1st 2021 at 9:45 AM. Lousy service. read more

Food is getting better but the interior and exterior speakers are blown. No matter where you sit, you have to listen to irritating distortion. Also, I'm unhappy that the rewards are becoming harder to get. You used to be able to get any bakery item for .99 cents with a drink. Now, you can only get a few unappealing cookies for that deal. I do appreciate the cleanliness and speed of order, though read more

Our experiences with Panera Bread have been the same with customer service friendly but slow when placing an order. Food is always fresh and delicious. read more

Ordered a full chicken Cesar Salad to go. What was packaged was a seemingly half eaten salad ( dressing in the salad and what looks like bites of lettuce ) and left over chicken. Called the store to go and the employee offered to swap out the salad For a new one. Pointless when you love over half an hour away and stopped by this store on the way home for dinner. Disappointed and upset. read more

The Tomato Bisque served in the bread bowl is perfection. That is all. Oh yeah, they have lots of other stuff too, but they earned 5 stars for the tomato bisque in a breadbowl alone. Bravo! read more

Always find the food at Panera to be delicious! This location is super clean with an attentive staff. Pricing is a little high -$9.49 for a full tuna salad sandwich, but their menu gives you a half option. You can also "pick 2" , 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 soup or salad to complete your meal. Delivery service now available. Bon Appetite! read more

Tonight the staff was super friendly and eager to help me. One member even helped me set up my Apple Pay on my phone because I forgot my debit card. The staff was fast and accurate with my large order. read more

I love the atmosphere, it's big and pretty! For Breakfast I usually get their steel cut oatmeal quinoa. It's a good carb complex breakfast. Also, their coffee is one of the best around. read more

Very good food at this location. Never had a problem with the quality or taste. Sometimes the service is a little slow. The employees at the cash register are a little slow at times. But the cooks make the food very fast. Place is always clean and it's in a great location. read more

Food is fantastic. Staff was really nice and Ms. Debbie the Manager was 5 stars. She should be what is used as the model for what all managers should act like. She is professional yet courteous and as sweet as she can be. For that reason alone I am sure that is why this location has its regulars. read more

Inconsistent quality. Food is excellent when the older female manager with grey hair is behind the counter directing those who prepare the dishes. Quality varies widely when she is not present including sandwiches with hardly anything on it. She seems to run a tight ship but the staff slacks off when she isn't on duty. read more

Good food and great service. Very good spot to have meetings or time with friends/family. It is very clean and they have great options for drinks since all of the teas (including their green tea) and lemonades are self serve. Employees were very nice and the experience was overall pleasant. read more

The food is always good quality as you would expect. Lately however, there's been something missing or wrong in my takeout meal. They've forgotten to put a soup in, a salad is missing, or they've given me a cup when I've ordered a bowl. They make it right, but the trend is concerning and it's inconvenient to have to go back. read more

This location is just a few months old, but it's a convenient option if you're in Acworth and want a quick bite. The service is friendly, but each time that I've gone here, at least one of our orders has been incorrect. Last night, my dad ordered a You Pick Two (1/2 sandwich + 1/2 salad) and somehow ended up with just a full sandwich. My mom got a salad and it was served with no dressing. They're happy to correct the order and those are obviously not huge issues, but it's definitely something that they can work on. They have patio seating, so on a nice night, this is a decent place to have a casual dinner. read more

Always good food but tables and floors were dirty and no one seemed to care.

Usually love Panera but the past few months I've gone, they seem to always be out of things. I love the Mac and cheese but they're ALWAYS out of it. And when I wanted a turkey avocado blt, they're out of avocado. Very disappointing to get my hopes up about the food I like and they don't even have it. read more

We went early for lunch at 11:30am. Food was good as usual. The half salads are quite large to what they were when Panera first started. The food came out pretty quick. However, for the restaurant not being busy (before lunch rush) the place was a mess. There was dirty tables, dirty floors and the soda machine area was sticky. read more

I am in medica sales and use Paneras across the southeast for catering almost every single week. I will NO longer use them due to the unprofessional catering manager in the northern Atlanta area, Wes Hendrix. Not only did I NOT receive a callback with assistance for a delivery order website mistake but he waited until the DAY OF my meeting to email me that he was too busy! It was IMPOSSIBLE to book anyone else this late and IF he would've called me back the day I called him I would've been able to find another company. Instead I had to PAY to get on an earlier standby flight so I could pick it up - which was out of my way - and deliver it MYSELF! Though the managers Heather/Lenny did what they could do NOT use them for catering! read more

Mckenzie has very poor customer service as does Jonathan, the manager who we spoke with. While in this store, I experienced an eye roll, short and snippy responses to questions and no help with a similar item on the menu to the sand which I'm used to order. While I decided on whether or not to speak with a manager, the table next to us went to speak with him. After she was done I said I needed to speak with him as well. Immediately after I spoke with him, a third table asked to talk with him in regards to McKenzies attitude. He failed to resolve any of th issues from the tables and knowingly lost 2 and maybe 3 tables worth of customers. He apologized once to the three tables combined. I wouldn't recommend going here if you want premier customer service- you won't get it. Unfortunately I won't be back to this store. read more

We were pleasantly surprised that Panera was soooo yummy. Even with the lower end rating on yelp. The food was good and the service was even better. The young lady explained everything to us and assisted with my picky eating needs! We will be back for lunch again soon! Pleasant surprise indeed. read more

Wonderful place to eat, great people and wonderful food, always fresh and delicious. Good potions for the money

So I always want to try out a new sandwich shop when they come to town because I yearn for a decent hero like i used to get as a kid growing up on Long Island. you know the kind I'm talking about.... Fresh cut deli meat, stacked hi with fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion on a crusty on the outside and soft moist on the inside roll; Rare roast beef, tangy Swiss cheese..... Well this ain't the place. Dry bread, well done roast beef, cooked last week just doesn't cut it in my book. And that whole assembly line place your order here and go someplace else to pick it up may be efficient for Panera, but it is so impersonal... The cashier couldn't give a crap about whether your sandwich is made correctly..."Take order, take money, give empty cup, tell customer go way" is about the extent of their skill set... Make my car on an assembly line, not my sandwich. Go across the street to Art's Bagels instead and have them make you a nice sandwich on a fresh bagel. read more

Green Goddess Cobb Salad is ALL you need to know! Love the friendly staff and delicious fresh food prepared with care.

Recently moved to acworth area. So excited when I saw there was a panera bread next to my house. My sister was visiting and we went there for lunch . All I can say is horrible service and food . Lemonade was so bad I asked them to throw it Away . The manager he such an attitude and was so rude. Never again visiting this place read more

Good food, just expensive for the amount they give you, and the restaurant smelled like a nursing home...old folks and excrement. Not trying to be funny, but it did. Just glad I got mine to go. The table I was sitting at waiting for my order, the whole area in front of me smelled of urine. They really need to get their workers to do a thorough scrub down in their. read more

This Panera location has really gone downhill. It used to be super clean and have a great customer service! During our visit tonight they failed to tell us they were out of what we ordered or pieces of what we ordered. I personally would have ordered something else if I had known. Instead they told my husband while they were making our food and made him go back and get a refund to order a new sandwhich. We had no idea they didn't give me my bread bowl until we were in the car. When my husband went back in to see why we didn't get the bread bowl they just said they were out! I would have ordered something else if I had known upon ordering. They were unwilling to fix the issue and I watched through the window as they laughed and joked as my husband walked away! Awful customer service and we will not be returning. read more

Great food! Decent prices. Service could be better but I'll put up with it for my free WiFi and chai tea latte.

Quite possibly the worst panera in the world!!! Terrible customer service. Employees act like the customers are interrupting their day. The female manager just joins right in and defends their behavior when questioned. Meanwhile we are still standing there with no service. We walked out. It was that bad!!! read more

I don't know why but I once again find myself in the worst Panera bread in the world. I ordered a bagel sandwich from the menu, when it came out it was an egg sandwich on focaccia bread. The guy said "I can make that on a bagel for you." Then he started complaining that the order entry was wrong. The receipt says "bagel egg and cheese sandwich" the menu says "bacon egg and cheese on a asagio cheese bagel." I think the guy who made my sandwich is an idiot. This is the same guy who got mad at me for wanting to wait for soup and didn't understand why I was frustrated that they didn't have any baguettes last time I was here. Food is mediocre, service is no existent. Will only come here if it's an emergency. Jason's Deli is a much better option. I think they may even train Thier people in customer service. read more

Once again, we show up for dinner and they're out of broccoli cheese soup. Last time it was the soup and the baguette to go for a side. I think we need to find a different restaurant. read more

They're always out of everything. Every few months I try it again because it's so close to my house and really far to drive to the one on Chastian, but they never seem to improve. read more

Although I love their food very much, I've come here tonight to get some food before closing time and their doors were locked at 8:55 and the manager wouldn't even let me in. She didn't even have the decency to come and tell em face to face that they were "closed," she just mouthed "no" through the glass. I found this extremely disrespectful and I was very angered as I was really looking forward to eating Panera tonight. I think it's very rude for them to close early, and then when a customer actually comes before the listed closing time, to not let them in and to not provide service to them. I'll definitely be coming here again cuz I love the brand, it's just that that one manager/the staff were particularly rude. read more

I was just there with my brother before we went inside one of the customers told us about the mask they they dont require to order so we walked in to order infront of us there was 10 teenagers with NO MASK. Every single one of them had no masks on n me n my brother did not have one either so keep in mind we were waiting patiently for 15m in line we were deciding on what to get then one of the employees come to us and stopes but not infront of the other people just me n my brother she goes and tells us do u have a mask where like no she goes n says yeah u have to get out n go order online in the car n we bring it to u and we go tell her why are u coming to us!! Now! after we had waited 15m in line and now u decide to come and tell us so she insisted to get out so my brother goes and says let me talk to the MANAGER! So the manager was coming not only did he walked but RAN towards US says how may i help you goes and my brother says yes while trying to explain what happened "why she came to us now after we waited 15m in line everyone else did not have a mask on why are u coming to us only and telling us only and not everyone else in the store!" So the manager goes and says " YES U HAVE TO HAVE MASK ON UR TALKING TO MY EMPLOYEE" so my brother goes and says "yes i understand that but its not fair that u only came to us and told us only to leave why not them why not everyone else in the store that didnt have a mask on!!!" So the manager goes and says " you know what THIS IS MY STORE AND MY RULES I GET TO MAKE UP THE RULES AS I PLEASE" i would give -0000 stars. If i were u i wouldnt Go here!! Trust me!!!!! read more

My favorite date spot. I know, doesn't seem exciting but me and my wife really look forward to coming here, sitting outside and enjoying a super fresh meal and great conversations. Every holiday we ask for Panera Gift cards. The staff is very friendly at this location and the quality of food always makes us say YUM! Many of their ingredients are organic and I LOVE their lemonade! The bread is so fresh and so perfect. Keep it up Panera Acworth! read more

Most of the food pretty good here. Overpriced for all natural ingredients. Napa chicken salad was runny, and bland, tomato soup thick like pea soup. Service slow when they are very crowded. Music definitely too loud to sit and quietly talk and visit with friends and have a bite. read more

Horrible experience on Saturday evening 9/7/13. The guy that prepares food was called out by ME ,because he was cleaning the cooking area with a chemicals and stopped cleaning with the spray bottle in hand and reached for my bread with bare DIRTY hands while still having the chemicals in the other! I got the cashiers attention immediately. She advised him to remake make my order, and he did.. BUT what would happen had I'd NOT seen him with my VERY own eyes!! I did speak to the shift supervisor.. This kid could careless. He never asked for info or advised someone to contact during the day.. I will NOT visit this location EVER, I advise you to seriously watch this next time you go. It was late, about 8pm on Saturday... This is NO excuse! Thankfully I caught this HUGE error!!! read more

Well I wrote a bad review and complained to the manager on my last order and it helped big time! All our sandwiches were perfect and they included extra cookies to make up for last time. Everyone working was extremly nice and helpful. I take back any negative thing I ever said about this Panera location :) read more

This location is dirty and the worst! I usually frequent Panera when traveling because the food quality and consistency is spot on. However, Tried this location twice thinking first experience was just a fluke but both times dinning area and available tables still had old food on them and were not clean. The sandwich & soup I ordered ( French onion) was so cold the cheese did not melt. Took it back and got a wise crack from the cook who could have cared less. How hard is it really to heat soup? The floor at the drink station made your shoes stick. Beware this location. Note: Manager, please address these issues or hire a dinning room assistant! read more
