If you're going here for lunch, you've done the wrong thing. Breakfast, baby. You're welcome. Coffee was much better than the bitter stuff you get from the other green place. Music is always too loud, but hey... you can sit awhile and wear ear phones. Was greeted with a smile.

Crumbs all over the place. Nobody is cleaning their tables. Customer service is cold and rude. Sloppy service

Terrible service and rude workers. The tables have crumbs all over them. Nobody is cleaning up anything

Great food! Decent prices. Service could be better but I'll put up with it for my free WiFi and chai tea latte.

After speaking to one of the owners Torrey they will be opening another location not to far from The Vitamin Lady Shop where they will sell some different food items as well as have demonstrations. That was very exciting to hear and I cant wait to see the new location & attend some of the demonstrations. The food is fresh, seasoned well and the food is made fresh to order. They really focus on food that are made for your specific blood type. They also make juiced juices/tonics that taste amazing, my only issue is one of the ingredients says 1 tsp of cane sugar. They have no beef, pork or chicken products on the menu. The meats they do carry are Salmon, Lamb & Turkey. They have soups, chilli, stews, tacos, pasta, stir frys, deserts, turkey lasanga & salads. They definitely have something for every one. The food they carry are foods to reduce inflammation in the body. They are all about letting the 'Food Be Your Medicine'. The place is small but big enough that they do have a communal table where you can sit down to eat your food. They alsk have a communal table out of the restaurant that is covered where you can eat. The staff is very friendly & customer service is top notch. This go round I had the Turkey Perlo which was made fresh and tasted amazing the bowl was full and I was able to eat on it for 3 meals, I had also got a vegetable stir-fry which is not on the menu & the Vegetable Stew. Which worked for me at that time because I could on eat veggies, they were both seasoned well & tasted great. You definitely should go by and try a couple of different items off of the menu and make sure to pick up Torrey's Tonics which are $5 each or 6/$25. Come back and thank me later. I will definitely be back again & again & again. 5

Located in…read morethe small plaza behind Wylie & Rum, my Apple Maps took me directly to the address with no problem. Parking is hectic! Very limited parking depending on day/time you go so have patience as you may have to wait for someone to leave to get a spot. Clean restaurant, has two fridges of grab-n-go items, seating areas and ordering kiosk. This visit I just wanted to try the key lime goat cheesecake ($10) and also grabbed one of their tonic drinks ($5). The cashier wasn't overly friendly but nice enough to bag my items. This was my first time having goat cheesecake. It was pricey, but very good. I almost prefer it's tanginess over regular cheesecake. Not overly sweet, graham cracker crust was crunchy, crumbly & fresh. The tonic I got had soursop, coconut milk & ginger. So good! The drink fridge is separated by what it helps with & lists the blood type on the packaging. Worth the $5 for sure. I'll definitely be back to try their food, got my eye on the lasagna.

Our son has celiac disease, and Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and proactive, personally making sure everything was clearly communicated with the chefs so we felt completely comfortable and confident. The atmosphere was very relaxed yet attentive we never had to ask for a thing because Nick was always one step ahead and made sure we had everything we needed. On top of that, he took the time to recommend things to do while we're visiting, which was such a thoughtful touch. We don't live in town, but the downtown area is absolutely amazing, and after this experience, we can't wait to explore it more tomorrow in the daylight. And the food, hands down five stars across the board. We will absolutely be back when passing through, and if you're dining here, ask for Nick!

The sunchokes, golden beets, and squash with the salmon were amazing; they melted in your mouth, and the fennel and orange flavors were a nice touch (5/5). The tarragon cream was an excellent sauce; the only reason why I am not giving it a 5 is that the salmon itself was a little plain. The service was good but a little slow (4/5); the guy who brought out our food was really funny! The interior of the restaurant is also pretty nice (4/5). Overall, we are excited to come back and try more items, especially since they have a rotating seasonal menu! I am pretty confident they'll get a 5!
