I have enough handbags so I thought it was time for me to get myself a David Yurman ring. I'm torn between two rings so hopefully my husband will pick the right one. The service I had was outstanding. Tish took care of me and gave me some great suggestions. I was also offered a glass of Prosecco while I was there so that was a very nice touch. Hopefully my husband will go back and get the ring that I like. I'm praying he will see the matching earrings and get those as well!

I only learned about…read moreKendra Scott about a year ago, and until this past week, I had only shopped on its online website. Wanting to see some of the jewelry up close, I chose to visit the store location at the Scottsdale Quarter. I had looked online and had an idea of what to get my wife. When stopping by the Kendra Scott location, I looked around until an associate asked if she could help me. I described what my wife likes in jewelry, and the associate showed me several options. I made a note of these and was told to look at home to see what my wife has already and to look online to see what I'd like to get. Then, I can give the store a call to see if they have the item(s) in stock. If so, I can go back and purchase the item(s) that they will place on hold for me. It turned out that the items I was interested in were not in stock, though I ordered them online with free shipping. There was a service organization in the store talking about what they do and offering a 20% discount on any products. There was also a treat being offered for free to customers. The associates were very helpful and nice, and they were also happy to look up items in stock for me on the phone. You can go to the Kendra Scott website by visiting https://www.kendrascott.com. You can log in and see recent orders but note that they are no longer listed after 12 months. You can access the Holiday Shop, sale items, and many other categories of items to order online for in-store pickup or shipping. Note that the Scottsdale Quarter location doesn't participate in the Order Online & Pick Up In-Store option (even though it is listed on their website until you try to do so). The Scottsdale Quarter offers complimentary engraving, complimentary Greek engraving, engagement ring collection, and in-person consultation with a diamond expert. They are open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except for Sunday from 12 Noon to 8 PM. They have extended holiday hours, and they are only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you sign up to be a Kendra Scott Insider, you will receive an e-mail on the first day of your birthday month offering you 50% off one fashion jewelry item and 25% off one fine, demi-fine, or home item. I learned that this coupon code could be applied in-store or online, and I'm not sure it actually ever expires as I just used my birthday coupon almost five months after my birthday. There are other discounts like a free item or items when spending so much or 2 items for $80 or a Buy One Get One Free. Some of these coupons can stack while others cannot. Also, look on your credit card for promotion deals by scoring a credit back if you spend a certain amount. While Kendra Scott has been around since 2002, I'm guessing this store will be around for a lot longer thanks to their variety of products and great promotions.

I cannot recommend this store enough!…read more My fiance and I went in to shop for rings before getting engaged. They began by explaining their process, and that they do not earn commission. That immediately made us feel better, and that we wouldn't be pressured to make a choice. They explained their trade in value and their lifetime free cleanings where they inspect it too. Truly, Shane Co. puts so much care into their customers! We were able to try on as many as we wanted, look at different carats, and get all the attention we needed. They also saved everything we were interested in into our account, so that when I called a few months later to buy his ring, they already had the exact ring and size he was! Even though I was in another state, they were able to send me a secure payment link. I am truly so happy with the experience and all the workers that helped us. They all are the best, don't hesitate to go here!

He really helped us make the right decision and went above and beyond by helping get my engagement ring ready the same day. The experience completely turned around because of him. We would highly recommend Shane Co., and especially recommend asking for Hudson he truly made this such a special experience for us!

They have a very comfortable waiting area with water, tea, coffee and a TV where you can control the channels yourself. The whole facility was pristine - even the bathrooms. We waited there the whole time and even though my toddler was trying to destroy the nice people's place (I did not let him), we felt comfortable the whole time. Another agent even came over and entertained my toddler for a few minutes which I thought was so sweet, because he really did not have to. I really appreciated them being able to help us out right away and get us on our way quickly.
