My wife is tough to shop for, but I know she always appreciates jewelry. I only learned about Kendra Scott about a year ago, and until this past week, I had only shopped on its online website. Wanting to see some of the jewelry up close, I chose to visit the store location at the Scottsdale Quarter. I had looked online and had an idea of what to get my wife. When stopping by the Kendra Scott location, I looked around until an associate asked if she could help me. I described what my wife likes in jewelry, and the associate showed me several options. I made a note of these and was told to look at home to see what my wife has already and to look online to see what I'd like to get. Then, I can give the store a call to see if they have the item(s) in stock. If so, I can go back and purchase the item(s) that they will place on hold for me. It turned out that the items I was interested in were not in stock, though I ordered them online with free shipping. There was a service organization in the store talking about what they do and offering a 20% discount on any products. There was also a treat being offered for free to customers. The associates were very helpful and nice, and they were also happy to look up items in stock for me on the phone. You can go to the Kendra Scott website by visiting https://www.kendrascott.com. You can log in and see recent orders but note that they are no longer listed after 12 months. You can access the Holiday Shop, sale items, and many other categories of items to order online for in-store pickup or shipping. Note that the Scottsdale Quarter location doesn't participate in the Order Online & Pick Up In-Store option (even though it is listed on their website until you try to do so). The Scottsdale Quarter offers complimentary engraving, complimentary Greek engraving, engagement ring collection, and in-person consultation with a diamond expert. They are open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except for Sunday from 12 Noon to 8 PM. They have extended holiday hours, and they are only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you sign up to be a Kendra Scott Insider, you will receive an e-mail on the first day of your birthday month offering you 50% off one fashion jewelry item and 25% off one fine, demi-fine, or home item. I learned that this coupon code could be applied in-store or online, and I'm not sure it actually ever expires as I just used my birthday coupon almost five months after my birthday. There are other discounts like a free item or items when spending so much or 2 items for $80 or a Buy One Get One Free. Some of these coupons can stack while others cannot. Also, look on your credit card for promotion deals by scoring a credit back if you spend a certain amount. While Kendra Scott has been around since 2002, I'm guessing this store will be around for a lot longer thanks to their variety of products and great promotions. read more

And be sure to shop when this store has a sale! They do a beautiful job wrapping and the boxes and bags are so pretty! Also the pouch it comes in doubles as a cleaning cloth. I found this shop while randomly walking the Quarter back in 2018 and haven't stopped visiting since! The workers are always helpful and also allow me to browse and ask questions. I sometimes have my dog with me and they are always so nice to him too! I live nearby so I sometimes order online and pick up in store. Super easy! Highly disappointed in the customer service here at Kendra Scott. I bought a bracelet that was $180 as well as a necklace that was about 170.. My bracelet had snapped and they refused to fix my bracelet that I had just got three months ago. They offered me a 15% for my next purchase however, what is the point of purchasing from them if if snaps, it is no good.. mind you the same 15% off that she was offering me anyone could get on their next Kendra Scott purchase so it really doesn't seem like they want to help. This review isn't about the Kendra Scott brand. I love Kendra Scott jewelry and will purchase more in the future. However, I won't purchase from this store. The staff needs a major overhaul. There was a male staff member who was leaning against a jewelry case & gossiping with another associate. He looked bored out of his mind. There was an overly Botox'ed older woman who had an attitude and seemed personally disappointed that I didn't like a ring she showed me. I asked to see some earrings at the color bar and there was a long dark haired woman who I wanted to ask, "Who hurt you?" I've never been in a KS store where the staff needed more therapy. I'm not being funny either. They were so apathetic it was sad. Like I said, I'll buy KS again, but never from this store. read more

I made a purchase at Kendra Scott for the first time and went to do a return. Their return policy is literal poop on a stick. How is it acceptable in this day and age to not allow customers to get refunds AT ALL?!? Only company I've ever heard of that you can ONLY exchange even if you're within the 30 day and have original receipt. The sales people were very kind and made an exception for me and allowed me to get a refund but what the heck? They need to update the nonexistent return/refund policy. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Walked in today... was talking to Michelle who is a manager there... two girls that work there are whispering and laughing staring at me.. like I didn't notice they were talking about me. I said do you have a higher manager and the two girls on the side say "well why!?" I said I was treated bad and they began to laugh. The jewelry is good, but the people that work there don't care about their customers. I am not the only one to have problems at this store. Read reviews. My parents had the same thing happen to them. I will be bringing my business elsewhere. Not to mention I had a return and my dad was not communicated that there is no refund unless store credit. It may be on the receipt, but make sure your customers know! We can't read a receipt after we already paid and be screwed over like that. If the workers spent a little more time with their customers and less time talking about them, you may have more business. Word of mouth gets around. read more

I have been to this location about 10 times for various items and always have a great experience. My 5 year old is usually with me and loves to touch everything he sees and ask a lot of questions to the staff. They are always super sweet and accommodating to him. He's the one who "buys" my gifts and I do let him choose about half the time, but even without knowing that he is their customer they always treat him so. Today we worked with Paige at the color bar and she took the time to listen to him and help him design exactly what he wanted. I went to this store after it opened (and a week after I visited the store in ATX). It was a very pretty store and much less crowded than Austin. I had an item made in the color bar and also bought a pair of dee earrings. The sales associates were very attentive, helpful, professional and easy to work with. My problem with Kendra Scott is not their jewelry, but their store policy on returns. I purchased a Necklace for $300.00. It turns out, my wife already had the necklace. I promptly returned the item, only to learn that it is Kendra Scott Corporate policy to only give store credit/gift card for any returns. I, well my wife, has spent a great deal of money at Kendra Scott, and this felt like a slap in the face. Bad policy, bad customer service. I only wish I learned this earlier, but my wife has liked everything I have purchased in the past. The only reason I needed to return this was because she already owned it. If you purchase something from any location, or online, make sure you will not need to return it for any reason. Definitely not a good idea to buy a gift from Kendra Scott. I will not shop there again, nor will anyone else in my family. This will probably save me a lot of money over the years! (that is the only positive) read more

I love Kendra Scott jewelry...particularly their necklaces! I have one that my fiancée gifted to me a year ago and I have worn it since. I receive so many compliments on it, and it has not tarnished at all in this time that I've had it. As such, I decided to go in to Kendra Scott at Scottsdale Quarter to purchase four matching necklaces as gifts for my bridesmaids. When I went to the counter to check out, the girl was very rude. I asked her if the material of the necklaces that I was buying for my bridesmaids was a similar material/metal to the one I was wearing (the one I mentioned my fiancée got me). I explained how I was super impressed with the quality as it had not tarnished and so on. She then proceeded to condescendingly tell me that "this is luxury fashion jewelry, you are not supposed to keep it on at all times" instead of answering my question about the material of the necklaces I was about to buy, she kept questioning me on why I'd had my necklace on for so long. She then asked me in a very snotty tone "did you even buy that from a real Kendra Scott store?" I was shocked I didn't even know what to say. Of course it's a real Kendra Scott necklace! It was purchased from this very location, and I was complimenting the quality of it the whole time so I'm so confused why she questioned if it was a fake. Anyways, I'm not usually inclined to post a negative review, but I felt very looked down upon the entire time, and left with a bad taste in my mouth. I still purchased the necklaces (because they are beautiful and I love the quality) and thanked her and left. All in all, good jewelry, horrible customer service. I am being genuinely honest when I say I have never been treated like that by a salesperson. It seems if someone was buying $280 worth of necklaces, you'd at least be courteous. I had recently been to a breast cancer awareness event where they were raffling off a $500 Kendra Scott gift bag. I immediately feel in love with her jewelry! I didn't win the raffle however I stopped by the Kendra Scott store at Chandler Fashion mall. The girls were so nice and helpful and let me "play" with all of the jewelry. I was wondering around the Scottsdale Quarter, first thing I need to stop, when I noticed the Kendra Scott store I had seen mentioned on tv a few days before. The store is really nice and the ladies working there are pretty friendly. Yes, the jewelry is cute, and the option to "design your own" at the color bar is a nice touch. That's were they got me. I ended up picking this chandelier earrings to go with this mint jeans I bought a few months ago. I ended up with two pairs of earrings that cost more that the 3 pairs of earrings, 3 bracelets and a necklace that I bought at Ann Taylor (yes on sale). By the way, if you do the color bar, the items are final, so I better love this darn earrings. read more

Even though I was struggling with the door as I tried to get my baby's stroller through the door, they just sat there watching and didn't offer to hold the door open for me, even though there were hardly any other customers in the store. My fiancé and I made a trip up to the store from Southern Phoenix. The yelp location has the store on a corner. However it was in the middle area across the street and down a ways. Not even on the same block or street. When we arrived at 8:15 pm the store was closed and the door was locked. Yelp has the store hour stating it closes at 9 pm on week nights.
