Bought a 10 k gold bracelet on line at first I was impressed it came early. I put it on and the…read morebracelet fit ok even a little loose. while sitting outside with family I felt a slight tickle on my wrist it was the bracelet it broke. I read the papers that came with the bracelet, to save time I decided to take it to the jewelry store at south center mall. First they tried to tell me I had to send it back by email I pointed out where it stated you could bring it to the store. Then I was made to feel that it was my fault for it breaking it by now I was getting annoyed I stated what is the problem either send it to be fixed and or replace it after all I had only had it on for an hour or so. Finally they prepared forms to send it for repaired at my expense ! and tried to sell me a plan that covers any damage for life. So after receiving the bracelet and wearing it for an hour or less I had to pay to get it fixed. So not impressed with this store it's staff and the whole Ben Moss experience I doubt I shall ever buy anything from Ben Moss again. It says a lot when the jewelry store doesn't even back its product , have sent a email to Ben Moss with these concerns we shall see what kind of customer service I get at this point my hopes are not very high.

In 2012 I bought an engagement ring from Ben Moss in Regina, Saskatchewan for $4500.00 and the…read morerelationship ended before I proposed. So the ring has been sitting in a safe until a month ago. I was told that Ben Moss would take a previous ring in on a trade. So I brought the ring in a month ago for them to send the ring to their office in Toronto and was told that it would be two weeks. I just got off the phone with the manager of the store and he told me that I wouldn't receive any valve for the ring to trade. The reason is that there was a bad diamond in the ring and I could pay extra to replace the bad diamond and then pay another $90 to send it back to the main office in Toronto to get the ring appraised. So basically, Ben Moss is telling me that they sold me a $4500.00 ring that had a lifetime guarantee that had a bad diamond in the ring. When the manager told me that it wasn't his staff that sold me the ring and he would like to help me pick out the perfect engagement ring, I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. I would strongly suggest that if you are looking to make a substantial investment in purchasing jewelry look at a different company.

My husband bought my wedding ring from Marlow design and together, they customized something from a…read moredescription of what I wanted. The ring that I ended up getting was unique but incredible and perfect for me. It has a rectangular Emerald in the middle, and two small opals on either side of it, on a rose gold band. This ring is perfect for me and suits me perfectly. Because of the cost of a wedding, after the wedding was when it was my turn to find a ring for my husband. I found the perfect ring for him which is also rose gold, and simple, but unique. His has a tree bark- like design on it and he loves it. We love that our rings represent both of us so well, and compliment each other in similarity and differences. When I was consulting with Marlow, he helped me with all of my questions and concerns and helped me fine tune my decisions. One of my concerns was the the width of the band was not what I was hoping but the size I wanted was not available online, and Marlow told me that it would be available to customize in that way, or any way I was wanting. Our rings have held up well, and are so ideal for us both. The customer service and process was made easy and uncomplicated. I even had a bit of a time crunch for my ring that I bought, but I was assured that it would be in on time, and the ring was even delivered to my house so that I would not have to worry about trying to find the time to pick it up. I really have enjoyed the rings that we have gotten from Marlow design, and the process of buying them. I really recommend Marlow Design for their care, help, professionalism, and their flexibility. Amazing buisness!

I bought a family ring for my wife after a year the pearl fell off and we took it to people's for a…read morerepair. we were told they wouldn't put another pearl in as it would just keep falling out. Then they quoted me 3 times the original price of the ring to put a june gem stone in its place. first if you knew the pearl would just keep falling out why did you make it in the first place? second how can a repair by the same place I bought the ring quote me 3 times the price???

The staff at this location are incredibly unprofessional. I brought my diamond earrings in for…read morerepairs, which should've been covered under warranty but they tried telling me it wasn't. Long story short, after much back and forth they conceded and agreed to cover the repairs. I surrendered the earrings to them in January/February and stopped by the store in March for an update. I was told that they have no record of me ever dropping anything off and I may have brought it to another store. Thankfully I had a copy of an email that they sent me with the picture of the damaged earring as proof. After they located the records I was told that they haven't heard back from the place they sent it to get repaired but I should check back at a later date. I called the store in early April for another update and was told that they were in Ohio and could possibly be back in a week or two but that they'd contact me once it's ready for pickup. I called the store again in mid May when I didn't hear back from them only to be told that the earrings have been there for quite some time waiting to be picked up and when was I planning on doing so? I asked why I wasn't informed of this and was told that an email was sent. It wasn't. When I got to the store and pressed the issue they admitted that "there must've been an error" because usually they'd call and email people when their items are ready for pick up but for some reason I was the exception as I received neither of those. They had my email address and TWO phone numbers on file yet no attempt was made to contact me. The impression I got from the person I dealt with was that the earrings have been there since April. It's mind boggling to me that for close to 1 month no one had the presence of mind to contact a customer to let them know their product was ready for pick up. The attitude of the rep was so relaxed in all of this. I was given the impression that Peoples couldn't care less about "my problem" or about retaining me as a customer. A sincere apology would've been nice but I suppose that's asking too much. Lesson learned, I will no longer patronize that establishment.
