Update - Went back this date as I had one bag for a week or so and in one area, it started to fall apart - no worries, manufacture defect. Brought the bag in to Cross Iron Coach where I bought it - the sales associate was very nice but she had to go and get a manager to approve the return. Fine. I got nothing but attitude from the female manager although I have 100 of their bags and never had to make 1 return, ever. She kept wanting to have it send out for repair, wanted to make me home office's issue for a greater profit return on my benefit, blah blah and soured me on getting a credit towards a new bag. I get it, you do not want to lose the sales number but life is life. I finally got my refund back onto my Visa and left. Not a good day Coach, but I still love you, minus that 1 manager. read more

Yup, I'm a fan! I've loved Coach for over 20 years. And no, it's not for the cheaply made canvas factory bags that take up most of the real-estate in this, and other, outlet stores. It's for the vintage, and heritage line leather bags that made Coach so famous 40+ years ago. As well as for the silk scarves, colourful umbrellas, fabulous shoes and boots and chic costume jewelry. And when the real items, from the full priced stores hit an outlet at 60%... well now, I love it!! Oh - and I am also addicted to the adorable key chains! I probably have 20! read more

I will never understand what the fuss is about so called Coach designer handbags that are and have always been Made in China! Coach has never appealed to me for the most part because I refuse to pay the likes of what they charge for their handbags, shoes, scarves, etc., when this company has the nerve to make their goods in a country like China where the factories have been notorious for their child labour practices. If you want to spend $300 - 700 on a handbag, you can get a small Louis Vuitton that at least holds it's value and if you tire of your LV, sell it on ebay and you will at least get more than half of what you originally paid, with your Coach, good luck in getting 1/10 the original value paid (if that). read more

With the recent downturn of the economy, you would think that businesses would be allover with attracting customers. Oh but not here at Coach at Cross Iron Mills. I mean, I've never worked retail myself, but I do know to never assume who may or may not make a purchase... you just can't tell! So I came here today after the gym and was still in my workout gear. Just a normal Lululemon tank and cropped pants, nothing too shabby. However, I walked into the store with another couple ladies behind me and the sales associate saw me, ignored me, and went to greet them. Ok... I walk by the next associate, made eye contact and smiled and she turns away. Hmmmm... third associate comes out from behind the register, walks by, looks at me, turns away and goes do something else. Wow. I remember their staff was much friendlier back then and always asked if I needed help. But now they've gone to picking and choosing their customers? For whatever reason that I wasn't getting any attention at all... well, I'm sure there are other stores that would love my business! read more

Thank you to Tiffany for fixing my necklace. I went to the coach on Macleod and they told me they couldn't help me. I'd already driven from the ne to go to the coach store closest to me. Then had to drive back. Tiffany and the staff at the door were very helpful. I will not shop at the other coach again as the lady there ruined it for me. I went into this location today to exchange a bag that I received for Christmas, I wanted the same exact bag just a different colour. The manager named Paula would not do the exchange and stated that the bag had a few strands of dog hair in it. I could not see what she was talking about and asked to speak with her manager. She would not give me this information and instead gave me a 1-800 number to call instead. I went outside the store and stood in front while I called the head office. The lady I spoke with called the store and spoke to Paula who now advised that the bag was clearly "used". I advised that in fact it was not used, it had the tags, and I had a receipt. Tracy at the head office advised me to send pictures of the purse and she would see what she could do. I literally took the purse out of the shopping bag and started taking pictures when I realized that the paper tag was missing. The clerk had accidentally removed it while inspecting it and left it non the counter. I went back in the store and asked for the tag back and again asked the manager to show me what she was referring to when she told the head office the bag was used. I was recording this interaction on my phone and kept asking her to show me what was used on the purse. She could not find anything and then accused me of cleaning it to which I laughed and stated that I had stood in front of the store the whole time and when did I have the opportunity to clean it? She still kept insisting that they would not exchange the purse and I said fine I would just deal with it at the corporate level. She then noticed my phone was recording and freaked out saying I had no right to record her face without permission. I told her repeatedly that I had not recorded her face, just the bag itself and me asking her to point out the "used" parts which she couldn't do. She stood in front of me with one of her staff behind me and refused to let me leave the store until I deleted the video. She also threatened to call the police and mall security. I told her to go ahead as I had done nothing wrong and so her associate left and she kept telling me to erase the video. I sat with her on a bench at the front of the store against my will waiting for security and she then had the audacity to try and initiate small talk about Christmas with me!! After about 5-10 minutes she advised me that security was not coming and I left the store. I left and immediately called their head office again and sent the email with pictures of the purse and receipt. I am also debating calling a lawyer for the illegal detainment and embarrassment I experienced. read more

I love the Coach outlet store! I can't justify buying a $300 purse for myself, but waiting for a sale and getting one for $100 is something I can treat myself to once in a while! And they are such good quality they never seen to wear out! read more

Yikes ! I lose my mind in this store !!!! GREAT prices and helpful staff. They are really pleasant when you have questions. I always print off the 30 % off coupon before I go and 9 times out of ten they offer me a 40 % off coupon as you enter the store. Yes its stock from a few months ago but for a 498 tote to get for 170 is a steal !!! Wristlets marked 58 I got for 14.97 keychains 11.97. Its a lot better bargain than buying a higher end bag in Winners or Marshalls. I just save up and go there instead IT ROCKS !!!!! Can't wait to go again SOON ! It gets a little crazy in there on a holiday weekend but its ok !!!! read more

I can not justify paying 500+ for a purse. But was walking by this store and saw the sale signs! So I went in and looked around for awhile and finally bought a bag, wallet and key chain for 60% off plus another 20% off for buying 2 or more things! Now that I can justify! And the service was amazing from all the employees, very helpful and polite. Next time I'm in the area Will defiantly stop in again and go check out the men's store also as we were there as the mall was closing read more

The leader of the cashier department has a really bad attitude no matter you're buying or returning. She should not be in customer service if she finds it so annoying dealing with customers. read more

Went to the men's store and was blown away with the exceptional customer service I received from them! They were very knowledgeable and accessed all of my needs to find myself a new carry on! Even though it was on a crazy busy Sunday, the staff there always made sure to follow up with all customers, not just myself. read more
