The girl on the phone said come right away or we will have to charge you a storage fee. I thought this a bit bold as they just told me it was in. Upon arrival I watched the girl take it out a plastic bag to put in a garment bag. I said to her wow you didn't steam it? It looks like its been sitting in a ball on the floor. She ignored my comment. She folded the garment bag in half and said make sure to unfold it to hang so you don't get a crease. I laughed and said don't think it could get creased then it is! I sent an email to the store when I got home thinking that this was a mistake that they didnt steam it. (there is a steamer sitting at the front desk) They replied they sell too many dresses and just unpackage them upon arrival. I have been to many stores and never had my garment look like they just unbagged it from shipping. Even cheap stores in the mall dont sell cloths this way. I spent a GREAT deal of money on this dress and expect it to come looking nice. My daughters friend got given the wrong size, I can just imagine the nightmare they are going through. Would not recommend this store! Go try on as they have lots, then order online or from a different store!

The change room stalls don't have a full size mirror in them however they have a mirror so you can only see your face. The employees were nice but I stood around waiting for a change room for more than ten minutes, I ended up having to go to the till and ask to use the change room (there was no one checking out at the till, the employee was just standing there.) 5 stars for cheap clothes 1 star for an unhygienic disgusting store.

This is the kind of place your stylish, arty, fashionable aunt would shop. The one who looks a little younger than she really is, who holds art exhibitions and skews a little eastern on the house decor. So they have tons of cool stuff, cut for more mature bodies and that veers to conservative with higher necklines and long sleeves. They've also got quite the collection of higher-end jeans. Anyways, as with all places like this, there is always something to find for us younger gals. Some of their pieces are ageless, timeless and always gorgeous. Their prices do run in the moderate to high range, but some of this stuff will last you for years!

The dress was no longer on display but I found it easily enough on the rack. They had a few sizes left and thankfully one that looked like it would fit. No sooner did I have the dress in hand, did a sales woman offer to start a fitting room for me. A little pushy but after that she didn't bother me so I can't complain. I quickly glanced around the store. There was a lot going on and most of the styles I saw weren't my thing. I think they cater to a slightly older crowd (late 40's/50's +) (they did have a cruise wear section). They also have stuff that I'd consider to be a little more whimsical/unique in design which isn't my personal preference but I could picture some women I know who would love the clothes there. The dress fit perfectly (yay for in-change-room mirrors) and I made the purchase...at just a little over $100 it was a good deal on a party dress in my opinion. I'd recommend shopping at this store on the weekends as it always looks a bit busy during weekdays. Also, during the week they have live mannequins stationed at the door. They offered to buy only two items for $10 total, like $5 each. I couldn't believe it! The clotting were nice (new tops, dress pants, jeans jacket etc) plus sandals. But they didn't like anything. The explanation was that "the clotting style was kind old and it won't sell fast enough", something like that. I was very disappointed, because it was waste of money for me (I took Uber to go there). I will never go back.
