The store and fitting rooms are not nearly as clean, nor as well organized, however the prices generally make up for that. Of note, the majority of what the outlet sells is a different label and product than the regular store, denoted by the numbers in the logo on the tag. A lot of clothing is specifically made for the outlet. There are, however, on occasion sales that make sorting through overstuffed, unorganized racks of clothing completely worthwhile, as you can pick up $100 shirts for $15! (This is a rare and special breed of sale!) You are best armed with your own knowledge heading in, such as the colours on the labels and which fits they denote, as the sales staff probably doesn't know the difference between the pink and the green labels, but they are entirely different fits. My opinion of this store is that it needs to be kept cleaner and better organized, in order to avoid tarnishing the Brooks Brothers brand. That said, I will continue to shop there, with the prices I have seen.

However, after several customer service snafus(including no follow up, no call to tell me my size was in, and not price marching IDENTICAL ITEMS in the same color but different sizes) I would tell everyone to avoid this location. The staff seem tired and apathetic, and no desire to meet the customer halfway. I'm not a difficult shopper, and actually can take care of things myself if I have to. But the continuing slackness of this location should be entirely avoided.

I am not really a fan of Tommy Hilfiger clothing, but this store is so huge, it lured me in. There…read morewas all the TH basics you could imagine, especially polo shirts! The women's section had ample stock of sizes and colors. Shirts were going for $30 to $9! Everything here is at least 30% off, plus there are other discounts on top of that. The men's section had every color of polo under the rainbow, along with some nice stripped ones, they were $45 at the most, some were an additional 50% off. There is also a dressier section for men that has slacks, ties, button up shirts. I went to the kids section at the back of the store to see what I could find for my niece. There was some super cute tiny swimsuits, they were $25. They had some very cute dresses and sweaters for girls that went up to $40. There was a great selection of boys clothes too. The staff here seemed willing to help. Although I'm not a fan of Tommy Hilfiger, this store is the place to go for discounted fashions from the designer! I definitely recommend checking it out for kids fashions!
