I have come to this location numerous times never thinking of writing a review until now. I came here on a mission of getting this year's 2024 Christmas Ornament. The Nutcracker comes with an ornament and a charm. I managed to use my points to reduce the price bonus!! I was able to purchase this and found out I get a free silver cleaning kit as well another bonus! The kit is worth $25.00. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Over all very happy with my purchase. -plenty of parking at the mall -store very clean.

Always just showing them to me from a distance behind the counter. I haven't bought a ring in 20 years I figured this is common practice. I made several payments over time and one time requested to see the ring to refresh my memory and again she only showed me the ring never let me hold it or touch it. Well imagine my shock when today after I paid the final instalment I was able to hold the ring and it is so cheap!!!!!!!!!! I thought it was half gold and half silver. No it's silver and half gold plated. It is so light and has a hollow back. That will not be a comfortable ring to wear. It will dig into his finger. I'm so sad. This was suppose to be special. I scrimped and skimmed off grocery money to buy this ring ($699) so he would be totally surprised. That is no easy feat for a family of 6! She said I could have a full refund within 30 days. I guess I'll take her up on that. But for today I'll just think about it. What a let down. I will not shop here again! ***** UPDATED REVIEW***** I spoke with a different Ben Moss employee and I was reassured my ring is white gold and the yellow gold is not plated and will last. They offered a full refund one month after the gift is received which is months from now. After speaking with this employee I feel much better about my purchase. I still hold to above review that the original sales woman should have allowed me to handle the rings I was a viewing. But the issues I had with purchased ring have been rectified. Not sure if I would purchase from this store again or recommend them but I will keep my purchase and up my review by one star.

In 2012 I bought an engagement ring from Ben Moss in Regina, Saskatchewan for $4500.00 and the…read morerelationship ended before I proposed. So the ring has been sitting in a safe until a month ago. I was told that Ben Moss would take a previous ring in on a trade. So I brought the ring in a month ago for them to send the ring to their office in Toronto and was told that it would be two weeks. I just got off the phone with the manager of the store and he told me that I wouldn't receive any valve for the ring to trade. The reason is that there was a bad diamond in the ring and I could pay extra to replace the bad diamond and then pay another $90 to send it back to the main office in Toronto to get the ring appraised. So basically, Ben Moss is telling me that they sold me a $4500.00 ring that had a lifetime guarantee that had a bad diamond in the ring. When the manager told me that it wasn't his staff that sold me the ring and he would like to help me pick out the perfect engagement ring, I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. I would strongly suggest that if you are looking to make a substantial investment in purchasing jewelry look at a different company.

Which is basically 50% off the price and final sale. Have been looking at Concord watches for some time now. There was two watches he couldn't quite make his mind up on. One was sleek and very dressy, the one he chose you could wear everyday, and that's what he wanted. Must say I liked it the everyday watch called his name. The mistake I made, yup you called it, I started looking at the cases of beautiful watches. Some looked good in the case just not on me. Then this watch said to me pick me pick me!!! In my head this voice was saying you gotta try it to buy it!!! I tried it and I bought it!!! Must say this is the most beautifully priced watch I have ever owned. Great warranty, comes with a beautiful case to store the watch when not wearing. If you're looking for a well made brand of watch this is the place to go. They have high end good quality watches to lower less expensive watches. They have sales all the time just need to ask about them and they will show you the sales. Must say this location has a good selection of watches for every style and fashion. The gentleman that helped us was wonderful and well knowledgeable of all the watches in the store. Great location in the middle of the mall on the opposite corner of Peoples Jewelry's near Telus, Samsonite luggage stores just to name a few of close proximity. Over all very pleased with our watches and in store experience. Again do recommend checking this place out for a good quality watch!!

So we tried Ferguson Jewellery and I am so happy we did! He just nailed it! He did exactly what I asked him to do and even better! This is how it works: The owner, Sean, is only available by appointment. After your first meeting he creates a sketch of what the ring looks like and discusses it with you. Then he creates a plastic model of the ring and again, discusses it with you. And if you are really happy with it, he actually creates the ring. He has many years of experience and knows what works and goes well together. He is just really good at what he is doing and he is a really nice guy as well! He cares a lot about making his customers happy. If you are looking for some custom made jewellery I totally recommend this place! You won't be disappointed.

I discovered Marlow Diamonds & Design when I went to jewelry stores and found that they could only give me a close match of what I wanted, and not 100%. As a customer, you have the right to get exactly what you paid for. Marlow sat down with me in front of a computer and showed me concept designs of engagement rings until I saw something that made me go, 'This is exactly how I envisioned it'. He never tried to upsell beyond my given budget. He is not a pushy salesman. He would just let me decide and point out the features that I want until I was satisfied. From start to finish, the end product was exactly as shown on the rendered image. No surprises. No wondering why it looks different from the render. We even had to resize the ring at the last minute to a smaller piece, and they were able to accommodate our request. Excellent customer service! My fiancee loved every detail. Marlow will make sure that every dollar you spend here is well spent!

We chose this jeweler based on their overall good reviews (looking back I regret to not looking at…read morethe bad ones). One month after receiving my custom engagement ring, three of the six prongs snapped and my diamond fell out. The ring had to be completely remade due to a manufacturing defect, and what followed was poor communication, quality-control issues, and multiple trips back to the store. Kat, the person that many people praised in the reviews, no longer works there. Initially, everything seemed promising. Kat was great to work with and gave my Fiancé confidence in moving forward with a custom design. Just one month after our engagement, three prongs broke and my diamond fell out. Thankfully, we didn't lose the diamond. After inspecting the ring, Marlow admitted the prongs had likely been cut too deeply or lacked sufficient gold support and that the ring would need to be completely remade rather than repaired. We then went three weeks without any update and only learned the replacement was ready after I contacted the store myself. When we picked up what was supposed to be a brand-new ring, it already had visible scratches and was made to the wrong specifications. We had ordered a 2.5 mm band, but the replacement measured 2.92 mm. After few days, we returned again only to find fresh scratches that needed correcting while we waited. To their credit, they refunded the ring setting cost. However, that does not undo the experience. An engagement ring is one of the most meaningful purchases a person can make, and instead of enjoying our engagement, we spent weeks dealing with a failed ring, a complete remake, communication problems, and repeated quality-control mistakes. I genuinely would not wish this experience on any couple during what should be one of the happiest and most exciting times of their lives. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a custom engagement ring here to take your business elsewhere. You don't want to risk it and we learned it the hard way.

And when the real items, from the full priced stores hit an outlet at 60%... well now, I love it!! Oh - and I am also addicted to the adorable key chains! I probably have 20!

Long story short, after much back and forth they conceded and agreed to cover the repairs. I surrendered the earrings to them in January/February and stopped by the store in March for an update. I was told that they have no record of me ever dropping anything off and I may have brought it to another store. Thankfully I had a copy of an email that they sent me with the picture of the damaged earring as proof. After they located the records I was told that they haven't heard back from the place they sent it to get repaired but I should check back at a later date. I called the store in early April for another update and was told that they were in Ohio and could possibly be back in a week or two but that they'd contact me once it's ready for pickup. I called the store again in mid May when I didn't hear back from them only to be told that the earrings have been there for quite some time waiting to be picked up and when was I planning on doing so? I asked why I wasn't informed of this and was told that an email was sent. It wasn't. When I got to the store and pressed the issue they admitted that "there must've been an error" because usually they'd call and email people when their items are ready for pick up but for some reason I was the exception as I received neither of those. They had my email address and TWO phone numbers on file yet no attempt was made to contact me. The impression I got from the person I dealt with was that the earrings have been there since April. It's mind boggling to me that for close to 1 month no one had the presence of mind to contact a customer to let them know their product was ready for pick up. The attitude of the rep was so relaxed in all of this. I was given the impression that Peoples couldn't care less about "my problem" or about retaining me as a customer. A sincere apology would've been nice but I suppose that's asking too much. Lesson learned, I will no longer patronize that establishment.
