You have a Rolex, and demand an unparoled level of service because you spent a few grand on a watch. I'm sure someone who has made their living selling such an iconic brand didn't scoff at the age of your watch. You see, in the Rolex world, age is to be appreciated, not mocked...David knows this as he has been in business in a relatively small market for luxury watches for over 50 years. The bottom line is, if you're in Permian Basin and in need of servicing a luxury timepiece, or in the market for a new one, go see David Cristiani if you want to be treated as a valued customer. Having done business there myself (I won't tell you the specifics of our negotiations), The business has very fair prices, excellent knowledge of their product, and a charm that one would find in the small town jewelers shops off Main Street USA of yesteryear.     David is horrible. Left work early today, have been wanting to purchase a Rolex for a while…read more Google, Yelp and Maps all show this location as open until 5pm. Show up at 4:20pm- store is closed. Called and left a voicemail. David calls me with the most sour "I hate my life tone in his voice" asking "Where does it say online we are open until 5pm?!" I told him, Google. He said "Well I don't know where you're getting your information but it's wrong!" Then proceeds to talk to me like I'm a peasant about purchasing a timepiece. Then explains Rolex pulled out of West Texas and there is no where to buy them out here anymore. Although his store is still baptized in Rolex logos and Rolex green. I mentioned a few places out here that have selections then he exclaims Huh! Those are USED! Incredibly unpleasant, judgmental and pompous individual.

    In store at this location night my time and money were wasted. I was then told by the manager…read morethere was nothing they could do. I knew if she couldn't, someone should be able to help so I asked who I could speak to. She told me there was no one that could help resolve the issue that came from bad information given in their store about a purchase I was going to make but backed out on because they would not honor the promotion. I said I would call corporate online then and have a talk with them about my experience since she already informed me they wouldn't simply email her, which clearly would go jo where since her response was part of the issue as well. I went ahead and called online anyways. I was listened to. I was treated kindly. And to top it off they were able to honor the promotion and help resolve the issue that occurred in store. So, my order is now on the way, but I will never return to that location again since they were clearly incapable of resolving issues "in store" (which is how the manager said online would tell me it needed to be handled) ... but this location. was more than willing to take my time and go ahead and place my order if i ordered double the charms required according to the promotion -meaning if I was willing to pay double what I needed to and buy things I didn't want. Im glad I reached out to online despite the manager telling me no one else would be able to either since she wouldn't. Seems to me that she cared more about trying to make double the money out of an already costly order than creating a culture of good customer care. James avery is already top of the line so the product doesn't need to be pushed, but real customer care in stores should be. After all, isn't that what they are known for? The ladies behind the counter were not the issue. It was the manager who was the issue, and she clearly cares 0% about being helpful.

Not only was the women on the phone completely disrespectful, but the "manager" on duty, Kimberly, was completely out of line. The way they treated me and my husband, I am honestly embarrassed for the owners of James Avery. If I had a staff running my business like the way Midlands staff is, I would shut the location down completely. I have been a JA customer for 10+ years and I have been to locations all around Texas, and after this experience, I will never go back. My bracelet has been in their possession for 15 days. 15 DAYS. And when asked for a time, their reply was that it will be there when it will be there. Rude and so pathetic. No tracking number and no remorse or any since of descent customer service. We still have yet to receive any information on when we will get my bracelet back but by this point, we are completely done with James Avery. Do better.
