We recently purchased our dining room table from Furniture Row. I found the table online that I liked and wanted to see it in person before buying it. Bonus, it was on sale $100 off!! The showroom was quite expansive. I liked seeing other items they had. The staff, while friendly, seemed very pushy about having me sign up for their credit line. While taking my children to the restroom, I came back to her having the paperwork already out. I told her I planned to just pay for the table that day and she was like, "But this has no interest and you can pay over a number of months." Ummmm... but I have the money to just pay for it now, so... that's what I want to do. It was kind of strange, she asked me like 4 times. Maybe they get a bonus for the # of credit lines they open??? After ordering the table, I was told that it would be about 2 weeks before it came in and that I would get a call to schedule delivery. 2 weeks came and went and I never heard anything so I gave them a call. They said the table was in and we could schedule the delivery. (Awesome! But why didn't I get a call??? They claimed they called 2x the day prior but the phone just kept ringing. Hmmm...) Delivery was scheduled a few days out (unfortunately couldn't do it sooner... because I was REALLY getting sick of eating on a fold out card table.) Delivery went smooth! 2 delivery guys were able to set up my table in no time! And the best part... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW TABLE! Like, REALLY LOVE IT! (Chairs I bought from Amazon). read more

If I could give zero I would! Do not order from here! Absolutely awful! I ordered furniture mid August the guys said shipping was 2 weeks. The 2 weeks passed and we called he says it's pushed back till September on that color. We asked for a different color bc he said that other color could possibly be here earlier... we said okay we are flexible...September came, we call for an exact arrived date he couldn't give me one, only that it's end of September first week of October! We called again bc it was mid September just to be sure on the date... The lady said now it's pushed back again!!!!!!! TILL MID DECEMBER!!! Absolutely great customer service! Associates and manager went above and beyond for our needs. Purchased living room and bedroom sets on partial finance. Process was fairly quick and was updated periodically about delivery. Prices are fair and the showroom and bathroom was clean. Delivery associates were so polite and quick! Hello, I regret that I have to complain because I like the products that Furniture Row offers, however, at this point the issues are far to great to be incidentle, it must be negligence. Let me start off by mentioning that I have spent around 7 thousand dollars in your Midland, Texas location in the 3 months. A fact that can be validated when reviewing reward account, based on the phone number provided. The litany of issues is quite extensive: 1. Delivery one. Headboard broken. Replacement ordered. 2. Delivery one. Couch and Chair missing feet screws. 3. Delivery one. 3 days later, installing feet screws.. notice the chair was delivered with square feet, not round. 4. Delivery one. T.V. console has large scratch. Was told to send the manager Zach a picture via email. Was very strange that it was not an official Funiture Row email. Picture was sent.. Zach never replied to the email. 5. Delivery two. Headboard arrives.. finally. 6. Delivery two. Mirror was not on the truck, drivers dont know why.(More on this later) 7. Delivery two. Magnolia server, damaged so badly they didn't even take it off the truck. Next try..Mid June.. pretty sure it will be broken when it arrives. Communication: The store personnel have never once iniated communication with me. To find out if my product has arrived, status of order, replacement parts.. I had to physically go to the store and ask. It's so bad, the last time prior to today I went in to get a status.. the product was there.. they never called to tell me, to set up delivery etc. I went down to the store to inquire about my delivery and guess who I found. Zach! I asked him what his email address was and was able to confirm that I did have the correct email, in which I sent the pictures of the damaged console... That he decided to completely ignore. When presented with the email again.. he refunded the delivery charge for the damage, which was acceptable. I also mentioned the mirror that was supposed to be on the delivery.. he couldn't locate it but told me he would make sure it got on the truck. I think... OK, it's just in the back anyway. The Mirror: I bought a large mirror off the sales floor on my second trip into tje store. The sales person had it put in the back and it was supposed to be delivered with the server. It was not. Today I went into inquire about the replacement server and the mirror. The guy had to look up the mirror separately.. and guess what.. it was shipped to another store for a sale.. they sold my floor display mirror.. after it was already purchased.. by me.. so.. I ask if there are anymore.. nope discontinued.... Complete Incompetence on Every Imaginable Level. I am hoping that Barney Visser reviews this email, because I know this is not what he represents. I will also be posting this exact review to Yelp. I have attached my profile views for the last 90 days so you can see what the impact of this negative review will have on the location. I am writing this review as I sit in the store. This is our 3rd time here and service is the same. We have NEVER been greeted or approached by a staff member, not once. Super poor customer service. Will not get a 4th chance as far as I'm concerned. They are not the only furniture store in town! read more

I would give it 0 stars but it won't let me. They are your best friends when you walk in there and they lie to you about when items will arrive. I paid cash for a table and chairs ($1200) and was told that the table and chairs would arrive 5 weeks later (I thought it was long but I accepted it). The 5 weeks passed and I let it go another week just to be fair. Didn't get a call about it so I called and I was given the classic run around. So I decided to go in and speak to the manager myself. Instead of taking responsibility he just blamed others and told me that it would take another week. So I allowed it. A week went by and nothing. At this point I just wanted the money I paid (cash) and was told that it would take about 2 weeks to get a check for me. I was extremely upset because I paid them cash. I still went ahead and accepted it. 2 weeks went by and no check, 3 weeks and no check, 4 weeks and no check.... what was even more frustrating was that they didn't even have to common curtesy to at least call me to apologize. I had to call them and ask them what was going on and the only answer that I could get out of them was: we don't have control of when they issue out the checks. Needless to say: if you have the money to spend and the patience and the understanding ... then this is the place for you....... TO AVOID!!! read more

We walked into Furniture Row looking for an entertainment unit that was rustic and had open shelving units. They were only store in Midland that had what we were looking for. The sales staff was professional and assisted us in making an additional $1.75 purchase in order to hit a minimum purchase that gave us $100 off our purchase. When the furniture arrived at store, we scheduled our delivery. Delivery was on time and crew was promptly on time and courteous. Loved the automation of your delivery service and call telling us they were on their way. Overall great purchase experience. Would definitely consider purchasing front Furniture Row again. read more

My wife and I bought several pieces of furniture from Furniture Row in the past they have always had outstanding customer service and have always stood behind their products. This was the main reason we decided to buy our new living room set from them when we closed on our new home. we bought a Cloud leather sectional in Aug of 2015, We paid 3500 and paid an extra 500 for the 5 year warranty. not even 4 years later the leather is Peeling on the back the the sectional, the seems are coming apart, I contacted the 5 year protection company, which denied the claim saying the only over accidental damage. I called to store manager (eric) whom asked me to email him pictures and he would get back to me. have several weeks of trying to get a hold of Eric again, he finally told me that my sectional was out of warranty and they was nothing they would do. I am shocked. I dont know where to go from here. I guess this is the last item that I buy from here. Sad. read more

My wife and I went into furniture row to look for a couch. After trying a few couches, a young man who introduced his name as Zach approached us. We asked him for the price of the current couch and he walked away, looked at his phone and said "what a fucking bitch" under his breath. I personally don't appreciate him making an explicit comment, especially about a woman in front of my wife. We decided to leave and buy a couch from someone who has manners and a place that employs Professional employees. read more
