I think it is important to consider that this is a mall in Midland. You can't expect anything super fancy like what you would see in a major city. The mall itself is clean and well-maintained with no weird smells or anything like that. It seems like the stores themselves are well-managed as well. They seem to keep their stock up to date and organized. The food court is disappointing with not a lot of options at all. The options that are there aren't great but, again, keep in mind where you are. The vendors are annoying and will come up to you and offer shoe cleanings and samples but if you tell them "no" most of them will just back off. The parking lot feels packed and a bit claustrophobic but it's not a huge deal.

I was willing to purchase men's shoes if I had to, so they took me back to that section and helped me look through all the shoes to find the smaller sizes. We found one that could have worked, but I decided to shop around at some other places before I made a purchase. They offered to hold those shoes for me in case I didn't find any. They were very apologetic that they didn't have what I needed, and they even wished me luck on my search. I went in to order a dress Saturday March 8th, of which I made a deposit check for. I called her…read morethe following Thursday the 13th to make sure the dress was ordered since my check had already been cashed, the owner Vicky Carrasco, then told me she was glad I called because the company didn't have my dress size. Mind you, this was FIVE days after I had been in and THREE days after she had already cashed my check! So I went back to her store that Thursday to place a second order. She told me that she had to place the order the next day because the company she orders from was already closed. So I left there, only to find a dress at Dillard's that following Sunday. I called her back early Monday morning so that she could put a halt on my order and asked if I could return the dress and possibly get a refund. She then said all sales were final and that the dress could arrive at any moment and that it was mine. NOTHING was done on her part to try and keep my business and in fact at one point when I was talking to her over the phone while I was expressing my grievance with this said policy she sat the phone down in the middle of our conversation to help someone in the store. She then picked up the phone and asked me if I was still talking?! While trying to resolve this matter, she hung up on me THREE times and said she had nothing to say to me. I have since contacted the Better Business Bureau and I am in the process of filing a police report. She has not contacted me since the afternoon of March 17th to correct this matter and she still had my $95! I will never do business with her again and I hope everyone thinks twice before going to her store. If you have to, get EVERYTHING in writing!!!! She is shady and has NO BUSINESS SENSE at all!
