The Midland Park Mall is a decent mall with most of what you would need from a mall like some clothing stores, a sporting goods store, a few department stores, and a food court. I think it is important to consider that this is a mall in Midland. You can't expect anything super fancy like what you would see in a major city. The mall itself is clean and well-maintained with no weird smells or anything like that. It seems like the stores themselves are well-managed as well. They seem to keep their stock up to date and organized. The food court is disappointing with not a lot of options at all. The options that are there aren't great but, again, keep in mind where you are. The vendors are annoying and will come up to you and offer shoe cleanings and samples but if you tell them "no" most of them will just back off. The parking lot feels packed and a bit claustrophobic but it's not a huge deal. read more

Midland Park Mall in Midland, TX is a great alternative to the mall in Odessa just up the road. Actually I prefer many of the stores in Midland. Flat sunny parking lots which are of no charge. Ensure that your vehicle is locked. It is not the cleanest or most luxurious is the Lone Star state. I'll be back. read more

Busy busy mall! We stopped by about two hours before closing time and it was still hectic! The layout is easy and simple. It's a straight line and the food court is small. Hey I did see a chick fil a though, yummm. The Dillard's here sells Kate spade purses?! Wuuut?! They also had a few Louis Vuitton items for sell! #shocked. Okay maybe I'm overreacting but never had I seen such prestige brands at a Dilliard's? I did notice that the mall has a lot of random open spaces and not enough seating. There were a few times I wanted to sit and recuperate but there was no where to sit, boo. Tried out the eyebrow threading place and the lady did a good job. She charges $14. Bought a ring at Pandora and the sales associates were friendly.. The parking lot is ghettO and there a ton of holes. The parking lines are hard to see and people drive around crazily.. beware. read more

Imagine every time you try to go somewhere with a friend and choose to come here, but every time you're basically harassed by every cologne and shoe cleaner booth. No I don't want your product, when I literally tell you my shoes will instantly be dirty again in an hour, leave it at that. For such an oilfield boom town you'd expect nicer stores at the mall. There's a Ross with clothes all on the floor and a almost always food on the ground food court. Honestly Dillard's and probably Ulta are the only stores keeping this mall afloat. Dillard's is separated into 2 stores (odd) so don't get confused when walking in looking for a certain section. I only gave an extra star for the Chinese food in the left side of the food court (Stir 88 I believe?) because the noodles are great, the fried rice is amazing and the servers are always friendly and smiling. read more

It's not the Odessa mall, so that earns it an extra star right there! Okay shopping, just wish we had a Macy's. A little odd how the Dillards are split into separate stores, but it works okay. Some more variety would be nice other than SIX places to buy athletic shoes, still its a nicer mall than anything else in the area by a long shot. One of the best malls in the area or West Texas if I must say, because there is no other indoor mall like this for miles and miles around, and I am sure that some people drive a long way to come shopping here. There is a very wide variety of super stores and big chains to satisfy most tastes, it is rather busy, and has a bit of everything. The interior is nice and clean, the building is modern looking, food court is not very impressive compared to a standard mall, but I have almost tried each one of them, and the quality is pretty good, pretty, pretty, good! If you are in the area, you will visit this mall whether you like it or not, but for the sake of the review, it is definitely recommended for a visit if you are visiting and not familiar with the places around you. read more

Good mall considering the size of the town. Much cleaner than the mall in Odessa. They have little toy rides for kids on the east end which seem popular. Good selection of stores, decent food court. Has a fuddruckers as a nicer restaurant like Odessa's mall. The department stores are pretty good - Dillard's and JCPenny. They also have a Ross for more discount shopping and a Sears. Overall, can't complain. Nice place to go shopping for clothes or accessories. Best mall in the area for two hours. Not terribly crowded but it is busy during the weekends. Decent people there too, not too sketchy and don't have to worry about looking over your shoulders constantly. read more

I'm not from here but I will say it's nice to have a mall in the area, it isn't the nicest mall but like I said it's there. It's good they have security because it seems they need it. The food court is very sad could use more options. And they way that COVID is being handled makes no since at all. Some stores have dressing rooms open, some don't so you have to resort to buying the item and going into the public restrooms which is completely worse, it's like they are trying harder to spread it! Definitely better shopping here than in Odessa. It's a SIMON mall, and the stores are always newer and better stores opening here. The newest store that opened is GUESS. When you don't have a lot of choices, this mall is pretty decent. Although it's always packed, it is always clean as well. The worst part about this mall is the parking. The lines haven't been repainted in years so people just tend to make their own parking spaces, and it is not uniform in any way. I have seen better in tiny towns in Ohio that are like poplulation 500. Calling it a mall is being to kind. They just recently closed down their Hallmark, Gap and Baby Gap. Van's store in the mall. Went in to try on a pair of checkered slip on vans. I really liked them but the right shoe was rubbing weird on my ankle so I asked one of the girls if I could see another size 8. Her response was, Well I guess I can get you another one." When she said that I could feel my face get hot. I said in a loud voice,"Nevermind," when she was by the curtain to the back, she turned around slowly and said, "Are u sure." I said, Yes, nevermind." This mall is so much better than it used to be! And the selection of stores here are so much better than Odessa. it gets quite packed on the weekends though, so if your going to spend some time shopping you should try to do it on a week day read more

For the West Texas area, this mall is by far the best. Since they have done the renovation it is in better shape and it seems like the overall look of the mall is becoming more and more upscale. I love the Coach store and Ulta because both of those stores are hard to come by in other malls in similar areas. I have heard rumors that they are supposed to fix the parking lot and also add a children's play area which are the two things that are still needed at this property. This mall is ok...no shopping for women of curvier figures...a lot of rude staff in almost all stores...I shouldn't have to say hi to you first, IM the one paying for your paycheck?! ...aside the rude staff in almost all stores and the limited selection of clothing, the food court is not the best in variety. They seem to be adding new selections and re designing the entry ways and what not, which is cool and gives the place a modern look...I'm only giving a 2 star rating simply because I've been to WAY better malls in smaller towns...but then again it's way better than the Odessa mall. read more

Coming from the bay area, it's kind of unfair to say that this mall really sucks. (Maybe it really does) but it's okay! I heard people drive here from many miles away so I guess this is the better mall than other malls out here in west texas. This mall is okay. I was not happy with the store manager at Oakley today. I purchased a pair of glasses there and they broke. He tried to deny that I purchased them from his store even with showing him the receipt. He was no help at all, just referred me to the warranty. So I don't recommend buying from there. They will be of no help in standing by their products. read more

I'm so excited that the Midland Mall is getting a much needed face-lift! I LOVE shopping at G by Guess, Coach, Charlotte Russe, A'Gaci and all the other new stores they have placed in the last few years. I can't wait to see how great the mall will look after all the new updates are finished, especially the new play area because I know my son will love it. I have lived in Midland all my life and although you can't compare this mall to the Galleria in Dallas or Houston, I believe it is exceptional for the community for which it serves in this extremely desolate area. read more

Midland Park Mall is such an improvement. Prior to the renovation the mall looked like it was from the 80s. Now it has an updated look inside and out. The only thing that I would recomend fixing would be the parking lot. read more

Food court is amazing since they remodeled but the food there unless u like them greasy or the Asian food just in water becoming soggy made me sick to my stomach. After they remodeled the place they added new stores but with so much room sometimes the stand stores are mostly all the same every 3 standby walk by u would always see either a phone case or a repair ( which is over price). At both ends of the mall are major stores that if your on a budget is amazing but nobody goes over there to see the other satires because it doesn't caught your attention I went over there a huge space with great stores like sears, Ross, rue21, RadioShack, and others that are great but it looked so empty even on a busy day. They add a Starbucks as a stand store in the middle of the hallway if they become busy it will block one side of the hall forcing people to go around causing people to bump into each other or pushed into a store. They past review said all type of restaurant but inside the mall is 2 Asian place( I don't recommend Stir Fry and if u order a fountain drink the soda is very watery) chick-fil-la (greasy so the chicken taste a little nasty), fuddruckers which is usually packed, they remodel a pizza place( nice touches), and other restaurant are either on the edge of the parking lots near the street, and McDonald plus other are across the street. If your like me living in Odessa and buy them before u leave ur stomach will not agree with you during the drive back. The stores are the main reason I give 3 stars because they are something u see in big city's like oakley, zumez, coach, buckle, guess, adult and kids journeys, and much others would be great if they had a express but still work out great. Another problem is for the kids in midland compared to the Odessa mall ( Music City Mall) they have little for the teens and kids to do there is no arcade or play area for them causing them to be bored and asking their parents to go home early then the parents wanted to do. They make great malls in other cities like Austin, Dallas, forth worth, and much others that benefitted for both young and old age to enjoy as they shop to their heart contents but what happen to this one? read more
