I think it is important to consider that this is a mall in Midland. You can't expect anything super fancy like what you would see in a major city. The mall itself is clean and well-maintained with no weird smells or anything like that. It seems like the stores themselves are well-managed as well. They seem to keep their stock up to date and organized. The food court is disappointing with not a lot of options at all. The options that are there aren't great but, again, keep in mind where you are. The vendors are annoying and will come up to you and offer shoe cleanings and samples but if you tell them "no" most of them will just back off. The parking lot feels packed and a bit claustrophobic but it's not a huge deal.

Flat sunny parking lots which are of no charge. Ensure that your vehicle is locked. It is not the cleanest or most luxurious is the Lone Star state. I'll be back.

This is a large store similar to most other outlet mall locations; men's department is large and, on a recent trip, had some pretty nice dress shoes since I'd forgotten to pack mine. It is in a new-ish looking strip mall with other shopping and dining options that could make for a good retail therapy outing while visiting.

Visited at 6:30 on a Saturday night where there is supposed to be signs of some form of life here but this is probably one of those micro malls that you find on YouTube that are going to die soon or abandoned seems like. Only good thing I could say is the premium movie tickets at the theater that is inside this, if you want to call it a mom, is $7.50 compared to the $13 at other cities. Instead of calling it a mall, maybe call it a strip center with a movie theater inside of it.

I bought several Christmas gifts here last year and returned today to buy several hand painted Mexican planters. I love the variety of planter patterns and sizes the store offers. They also have tons of dishes. The store owner, Delia, is delightful and worked hard to answer all my questions and help me find the perfect pieces. She even let me go into her storage area to look at items that weren't on display. I love this store and will most definitely be back!

You have to hunt someone down if you can find someone they're probably "busy." I was in the shoe department trying on several shoes and when an employee walked by I tried to get her attention to see if they had a shoe horn I could borrow and she looked past me like I was not there. The checkout wasn't any better. This was my last resort and I was glad that I found what I needed. I'm surprised this location is still in business. On a positive note, the store was very clean and well organized. I understand they probably can't employ too many people due to small profit margins and many people shopping online, but the current staff needs to be coached and trained to be more inviting and pleasant.

While checking out, I noticed I was not getting the discount. I questioned the staff about it and they said that I was wrong. I showed them the sign and one of them took the sign down with me watching her, and told me they had made an error and that the sign was incorrect. She then took the sign down with me watching. I asked for a manager, and took the sign to the manager and they still would not give me the advertised price. I feel they should have honored the advertised sale.
