Music City Mall is located on 42nd Street in Odessa, TX…read more There's parking all around. Not sure if there are garages. It sure was crowded on Good Friday 2024. My daughter complained of blood on the seat of the first stall she walked into in the bathrooms near Pretzelmaker. The janitor was starting to make her way inside to clean it. Still, how disgusting. The MCM Rink is no longer ice, but a regular skating rink instead. There were some stores we liked, but it's not the best nor the cleanest mall.

Lately businesses are not lasting long in the mall. A few fairly new businesses closed down in the…read morefood court area. The skate rink hardly gets any business. The new Trampoline Park where the movie theater was doesn't get much business either. The mall even has one of the old school crane games business where you try and grab a prize. The mall seriously needs to rethink how it does business.

I was on a Website and my friend had Kirby's Kloset on her page so I clicked the link. Looked like…read morea lovely boutique and wished I lived in the US so I could go there, then I seen a pair of neon tweed shorts and fell in love. I sent them a message and asked if there was anyway I could purchase and have these shorts shipped to Canada, I was expecting to hear no and they said sure no problem. A little over a week and I had my shorts! So glad I stumbled across them. I recommend to check out their page on FB they load a few new photos almost daily of the items featured in their store. I have also ordered a pair of the same shorts for my friend over the phone and the sales lady took and submitted my order, it took two minutes and she was very pleased to help me with my order. The emails are a bit slower with communication which is understandable since they are working so If you see something you like it will be faster to call in your order. I highly recommend!

The store was packed with holiday shoppers and merchandise was in disarray. It was impossible to find anything, and I didn't see any employees to get help. Finally at the register, I had the unworn boots in the original box and my receipt, but didn't bring the credit card I'd used. They were not able to refund my card, but issued a store receipt. I've returned items at other stores where they can refund the card used with the bard code info. This Marshalls is the closest one to me, but over 150 miles, a 2 1/2-3 hour drive. And Marshalls does not have online shopping. I wasn't able to use the store card at that time - the store was a mess. Because of the lack of employees for assistance, because the store was so messy, and because they were not able to refund my purchase, with receipt, to my card, I give them a one-star rating.
