They even sent me a handwritten card of encouragement that made my day.they took customer service to another level that day and I can't wait to go back in and thank them in person.

She measured me with my sweatshirt, a t-shirt and bra on. She then said the measurements aloud and said it was a rough estimate. She then asked me what kind of bra I wanted. I replied wireless. She walked me over to a drawer, opened it and there were 3 bras to choose from. She again said her measurement was a "rough estimate" and I'd need to try on the bras to be sure, then walked off. Obviously I was wearing a bra, so I had a "rough estimate" before I walked in. Zero customer service skills and no desire to actually be helpful. Will not be back.

They have a limited stock on some things, and then great selections on others. The bad, if you go in there expecting customer service, forget about it, there was only one guy working and he pretty well stayed hid behind a display leaning on the shelves messing with his phone. I think if my intentions are to go in and drop almost $200 on a belt, I expect some customer service, and I shouldn't have to solicit it, either. He looked up on occasion but then right back down to his phone. Sales people shouldn't be allowed to carry their phones while on the floor. If they were set on burning a potentially loyal customer into someone who will never come back, congratulations, you did it.

I found it on 2 unfamiliar websites for right under $100, one of which was Baby Biz. I was skeptical to order from a random vendor (my husband worried that my credit card info might get stolen), but I checked BBB and didn't see anything negative so I went for it. The next day, I called their shop to confirm that the item was actually new, given the low price. To my surprise, the lady was familiar with my order, reassuring and friendly, and stated that it had already been packed for shipment. My brand new backpack arrived promptly in the mail a few days later, in perfect condition, with tags. I'm very happy with my purchase.

So I found the section I was looking for and stopped a young lady to ask for either someone to move the totes, obviously just unloaded from a truck, or if I could get a pallet jack so I could do it. She did not reply with the usual, " not my department, I'll call someone", no, she laughed and said she wouldn't let me do that, I was a customer, so I found what I wanted, she offered further assistance and she was so helpful when her coworker walked up I told him how she helped me find my balls and how happy I was. Dynasty, is the definition of what customer service should be. She found my balls, offered more help, when I saw her again later, she smiled huge and asked if I was still okay or if she could help me further. How cool is that? Totally unexpected from an Academy employee. Thank you Dynasty! Keep up the great work!!!
