Take it from a guy who spent quite sometime in Mens Warehouse, Jos A. Bank and various other shops that offer suits but nothing compares to the excellent service Dolce Vita provides. I was able to pay for my tuxedo and within a day, all the alterations were complete. Naj personally saw to it that all my groosmen were measured and perfected prior to shipping off the order. Outstanding service, I will recommend this to anyone who needs any type of suit, whether it's a tux or just a general formal setting. Dolce Vita, and Naj are the people to take care of you.

I visited this store and explored financing for an engagement ring and filled out what I was told…read morewas a simple financing application. At no point did anyone verbally tell me I was applying for a credit card, nor did they show me any written disclosures. Later, I discovered they had actually signed me up for a credit card without my knowledge or consent. When I called to request copies of the paperwork or any disclosures, they were unable to provide anything showing that I was informed or that the required terms were presented. Regulation Z, the Truth in Lending Act, requires clear disclosure of APR, fees, and terms to be provided before a credit card application is submitted. None were given to me, and they couldn't produce any documentation afterward. Very disappointing and not the level of transparency customers deserve. They also qouted me $2,000 above the price of the same ring another local jewler was able to custom make for me.

They just told my uncle (who has spent enough there... unbelievable)... They said they could spray something on the unwanted yellow gold, and they did. His staff lied about the quote, lied about calling me, and lied about when the ring would be ready…read more When I thought they were calling to say the ring would be ready, they were calling to say that it would cost $1K+ when I was quoted just over $500 for the sizing/soldering plus $50-$100 for the head. If his staff had been honest about the quote to begin with, it would have been different. But everything was last minute and when we would call, it was a different story with Nicole, who acts like every single day is her very first day to work any job ever. When I said I hadn't received a call, another girl called me to say Nicole wrote down a note that she had called me. Okay - then where was my missed call? Where was my voicemail? They had my husband's number too. There was also no other reason for her to call me other than to dispute me saying I didn't get a call and she kept arguing round and round about it. I finally asked her straight up if the point of her call was the call me a liar. She said that she was just calling to say that Isy would call me later, which is what she had just heard the other girl tell me not 10 minutes earlier. Isy then called me and was talking in circles too about how they never order expensive pieces like the magical new $600 part where I was verbally quoted $50-$100 without calling the customer first. But then he would say stuff like of course the part was this expensive and we should have just known? We aren't in the jewelry business which is why we were trusting him and the quote given by his staff. Then he told me that he decided to go ahead and just order the expensive piece without our approval despite his own policy of needing approval first when he had both my number and my husband's. At this point, I was just disgusted and said to stop everything and we would just pick up the ring and have all the work done elsewhere because I didn't trust Isy to stand by the new last minute quote. I spoke to my husband immediately and he called Isy within 15 minutes and said that he would pay the exorbitant new quote because he was sick of the rings not being done if Isy would just get them done and not bother me but deal with him after how I was treated. Nope - Isy claimed that the rings had magically been "undone" and could no longer be completed. By the way, this was all for sizing up a solitaire platinum ring (4 to 5.25) and setting a diamond in it, sizing slightly down a platinum ring (6 to 5.25) and soldering them together. This was not a giant job. All we asked for was an accurate quote and honest customer service.
