It was so poorly hemmed and the pants were not what he ordered. We weren't the only people upset with the service. My husbands cousin had ordered his tux a week in advance from the store in Odessa and when his wife came to pick it up they forgot to order his tux. The service is ridiculous and definitely not worth the price.

One tux was perfect, now be aware they were both ordered the same day to be picked up at the same time, one was here and the other was coming in the day after the event. The manager told us to be there at 1:00 the next day and the tux would be there, we went, there was a note on the door saying "we will return at 2:30". What!?!? The tux didn't make it! After a harrowing day a piece mill tux was put together, purple tie with a stain, pants that came out of someone else's order (hmmmm). 1 shirt that wasn't ordered, crazy. The day after the event it was a battle for a refund! Basically, the manager (charming) called me a liar, would not let me finish a sentence, and worse... when she came out of the back she looked like she had been sleeping. Unbelievable, I guess she was tired and cranky.
