When I've called daily to check on it & have patiently waited every day when calling, wether on hold or to get hung up on and then call back & get put on hold again to today....I'm told they have PARTIAL of my Prescription and I can pick it up and then they would fill the remainder next week when the Shipment comes in ONLY to go up to the Pharmacy just now on Saturday, 8/12/2023, to pick a partial fill up & Denise, the same lady I just spoke with earlier this morning, tells me they "can't fill my prescription & that they don't do partial refill's" SERIOUSLY?!? The dress itself was great, but I assume when they altered the top, they damaged the fabric. I didn't try on the dress after the minor alterations, so imagine my surprise to find the damaged fabric when I looked at it shortly before my event. They claimed to have fixed it, but all they did was pull one of the snagged threads to the back side of the dress. The snags are still visible. Despite contact with the Midland store manager and the owner in San Antonio, I have not heard one word of regret or an offer to remake the dress. This was very expensive and is a total loss for me.

Instead of coming to check on us or the other who had just walked in they both sat down behind the counter with their phones out.
