Always does a great job on everything I've brought her! I'm pretty short so I'm always needing pants and dresses hemmed. I found her right before my wedding and thank goodness! She hemmed and put cups in a jumpsuit for my bachelorette. Hemmed my exit dress and even a lacy dress that was a bit more complicated. Hemmed and tightened my daughters flower girl dress and she was so cute! Everything is always reasonably priced. She's a joy to work with and my daughter loves coming here with me. Please don't listen to those negative reviews. After my experience with Mrs. Lanora, I know it was all made up just to have something to write about. I love when I pay for services from genuine people. I needed my wedding dress altered and she did an amazing job! I'm a stickler for reviews and tend to go by them, but I really needed my dress done. I took a leap of faith and I'm glad I did. I'll definitely refer Palacio's to any and everyone that needs alterations. read more

Did a great job repairing a 35 year old doll. Was sentimental to me so I appreciated what she was able to do.

I moved to Midland from Denver with a half-altered wedding dress that needed to be completed. I had heard from several friends that Palacio's was the place to go, so I made my appointment and was so thrilled with how my dress turned out. I even had to come back in for last minute alterations the week of my wedding and was able to get them back in just a few day turn around. My dress fit like a glove on my wedding day and I have Palacio's to thank! I will absolutely be back for any future alterations and am so thankful that Palacio's was able to work with and complete the alterations that I had from Denver. read more

This is horrible place for customer service especially on phone etiquette . I was returning a call from a woman who claim she owned this business for a long time , she was very rude when i told her I was returning a call she insulted me and made sermon Like telling me about how long her business was here In Midland Texas . I have no idea why she called me on a non business day she is Not open . She doesn't know or dont want To do the quilt my husband left her My husband said he clearly instructed her what to do and just call my wife if you are done the reason why my husband left my tel. Number to her . She called me to get the quilt bec she doesn't wanted to do business with us . And i told her if you operate a business like this you should not be rude. She barks like a dog in the phone . Ao the next day my husband get the quilt and she told my husband or accused my husband that your wife thinks it is her whore calling you. What I think is this woman is a whore so be watchful if you bring something for alteration here in this place. I rate this zero if i have a Zero choice . Totally horrible phone manners. read more
