My wife purchased a…read more1200$ Tag digital watch for me directly from Tag, however it needed maintenance/slight repair. I went into the store since they are an authorized dealer, this was my biggest mistake. The woman whose name I don't remember because of her lack of knowledge was beyond useless after she stated she has many years in the industry. She said that Tag usually only has 3-6 months warranty for their digital watches and that I would have to pay for the repair. She also said that it would take 12-14 weeks for a turnaround if they sent it off. She directed me to take the watch to a IPhone repair place of all places. I called Tag and they said my watch had 2 year warranty and to send it to them for a 2 week turnaround. The Jared salesman also stated that my watch should never be put under water even though it is a dive watch.‍ I told Tag to pull their dealer recognition from them for their total lack of knowledge and piss poor customer service skills. At no point did anyone verbally tell me I was applying for a credit card, nor did they show me any written disclosures. Later, I discovered they had actually signed me up for a credit card without my knowledge or consent. When I called to request copies of the paperwork or any disclosures, they were unable to provide anything showing that I was informed or that the required terms were presented. Regulation Z, the Truth in Lending Act, requires clear disclosure of APR, fees, and terms to be provided before a credit card application is submitted. None were given to me, and they couldn't produce any documentation afterward. Very disappointing and not the level of transparency customers deserve. They also qouted me $2,000 above the price of the same ring another local jewler was able to custom make for me.

They just told my uncle (who has spent enough there... unbelievable)... They said they could spray something on the unwanted yellow gold, and they did. Whatever it is makes it look like "white gold", for about a week. They just told him he could go back to have it "resprayed" as needed. He has been a longtime customer. After spending, at least, fifty thousand dollars... They wouldn't replace the ring as it was ordered. Simple. White gold not yellow. Gross experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
