While working, I drove past Posh Pony and made a mental note to go check it out at the end of the day. Sadness, as they had closed at 5:30. So, on my way out of town the next day I made a stop in, and was so happy that I did. Posh Pony has such an ecclectic mix of styles that are appealing to all different personality types. There were more sexy "going out" clothes, but also well tailored items that could pass for work. The girl working was very nice, and didn't mind at all that I had to look at everything. I would give Posh Pony more stars if I could, just for the fact that they are in Midland.

I ordered the dress that i saw and liked online in a large and paid for rush shipping to get in before my party. Ordered it Sunday and on Monday i received an email that my order was canceled for "unforeseen circumstances". I 100% believe that they don't carry any clothes over a medium. What a disgrace. Don't shop here!

This is a large store similar to most other outlet mall locations; men's department is large and, on a recent trip, had some pretty nice dress shoes since I'd forgotten to pack mine. After shopping at Julian Gold's for years, I was completely disappointed by my last purchase....a…read moredesigner dress. The dress itself was great, but I assume when they altered the top, they damaged the fabric. I didn't try on the dress after the minor alterations, so imagine my surprise to find the damaged fabric when I looked at it shortly before my event. They claimed to have fixed it, but all they did was pull one of the snagged threads to the back side of the dress. The snags are still visible. Despite contact with the Midland store manager and the owner in San Antonio, I have not heard one word of regret or an offer to remake the dress. This was very expensive and is a total loss for me.

You have to hunt someone down if you can find someone they're probably "busy." I was in the shoe department trying on several shoes and when an employee walked by I tried to get her attention to see if they had a shoe horn I could borrow and she looked past me like I was not there. The checkout wasn't any better. This was my last resort and I was glad that I found what I needed. I'm surprised this location is still in business. On a positive note, the store was very clean and well organized. I understand they probably can't employ too many people due to small profit margins and many people shopping online, but the current staff needs to be coached and trained to be more inviting and pleasant.

While checking out, I noticed I was not getting the discount. I questioned the staff about it and they said that I was wrong. I asked for a manager, and took the sign to the manager and they still would not give me the advertised price. I feel they should have honored the advertised sale.
