Julianna was absolutely the rudest of all that took over . The customer service by her was so rude. My Husband bought a hat today and wanted to order over $700 worth of stuff. Julianna said in a rude way "we can't make orders" when we have been there before and made orders . Clearly she just didn't want to write out the order on the order paper. She over all just had a crappy attitude the whole time . WORSE customer service I have ever experienced . Such a disappointment.

Just know you own mind, tell them you will ask for help if you need it, and it's a great store. They won't bug you too much, but they are there to help if you need it because they are genuinely friendly. I like the Buckle, because they have limited supply; you won't see everyone wearing the same shirt you just bought, because they don't keep that many in stock. I usually shop in the Buckle for my Miss Me jeans, but I don't like being 'sold to' so intensely, so I haven't been in a while. I walked by American Eagle, and they had some great jeans on display. I haven't been in there before, so I went in. First of all, the kids working there are amazing-friendly, super helpful and NOT pushy! I asked for help twice, to find specific pairs of jeggings and to ask about sizing. Jessie was such a huge help! She nailed my size with one look, and the jeggings fit to perfection! (Fyi: Miss Me size 29 is equal to size 8 jeggings in AE). Love this store, love the clothing and the sweet staff! Definitely my new go-to store in Midland.

That woman mangled any sense of professionalism I thought would exist at this store. The store is organized. Could be cleaner. But hey, they have an old cardboard cutout of George Strait near the dressing rooms. Plus their prices aren't exorbitant. Mind you, many of their products were foreign-made.
