I ordered the dress that i saw and liked online in a large and paid for rush shipping to get in before my party. Ordered it Sunday and on Monday i received an email that my order was canceled for "unforeseen circumstances". I 100% believe that they don't carry any clothes over a medium. What a disgrace. Don't shop here!

I thought the staff was nice but the layout of the store just gives you a bad taste. I wonder if all Altar'd state stores are the same or it's just this one. They also need to get with plus sizes for the curvier woman. They don't haven have XL...bad for business and it makes people feel left out. Hope for change.

While working, I drove past Posh Pony and made a mental note to go check it out at the end of the day. Sadness, as they had closed at 5:30. So, on my way out of town the next day I made a stop in, and was so happy that I did. Posh Pony has such an ecclectic mix of styles that are appealing to all different personality types. There were more sexy "going out" clothes, but also well tailored items that could pass for work. The girl working was very nice, and didn't mind at all that I had to look at everything. I would give Posh Pony more stars if I could, just for the fact that they are in Midland.

The dress itself was great, but I assume when they altered the top, they damaged the fabric. I didn't try on the dress after the minor alterations, so imagine my surprise to find the damaged fabric when I looked at it shortly before my event. They claimed to have fixed it, but all they did was pull one of the snagged threads to the back side of the dress. The snags are still visible. Despite contact with the Midland store manager and the owner in San Antonio, I have not heard one word of regret or an offer to remake the dress. This was very expensive and is a total loss for me.

This is a large store similar to most other outlet mall locations; men's department is large and, on a recent trip, had some pretty nice dress shoes since I'd forgotten to pack mine. This store is fairly new from what my friend told me while visiting Midland and I had a few hours to kill while she had some things to do so I came in here. The dressing rooms are very nice, they had a large number of sale items, and the store is very crisp and clean. Some of the staff working inside were very snobby and condescending when I asked them questions about items in-stock or particular things I had seen on the website. I was pretty putt off by it. For a store that charges that much and someone who comes in wearing exclusively your clothing when they walk in, you shouldn't assume anything about them. I'm glad my store is in Virginia and they don't treat people that way.
