I told the Tech that the issue was probably the shocks on the tub according to the troubleshooting manufacturers page (Samsung) The reason I called this company was I am not physically able to move the washer or anything having weight. Service did not meet basic needs of service call. Only solution was to replace washer less that 2 years old with parts that were easily available. Not happy with service, and feel I was taken advantage of.

Months later, I had the same issue. I called someone else to come because of the rude treatment from Mr. Appliance. As it turns out, the first issue wasn't actually fixed. I asked for help loading 14 sheets of drywall only to be told that I had to load it. Unfortunately I have a bad back the periodically goes out from a bad car accident, that is why requested help. Another customer helped me load by hand instead of using one of the two forklifts available. Forklifts are used to help with labor tasks such as this to prevent back injury, hand injury, etc. To finish loading in my truck, a day laborer came to help. I tipped him when we finished loading. Now I wouldn't mind paying for help, but when you advertise and promote help loading, and don't. That's false advertising. There is no good deal in that. I think I'd rather pay Ace more per sheet than deal with the depot.
