So even though he didn't 'fix' my PC that I built, I'd still recommend him because he is honest. He could have just took it and fixed it and charged me a bunch of money but instead he inspired me to keep going on my PC building adventure! Disaster of a store! I came on a Saturday morning to use the self-service copier. I needed 5 copies…read moreof 4 sheets of paper. Big deal, right? Well it is when both self-service copiers were broken and the 2 copy desk workers were tied up with other customers. I checked in and waited. And waited. And waited. A five minute estimated wait turned into 45 minutes. I finally asked to see the Manager. A young man, whose name began with an L, told me that the copiers had been down for 3 days. I heard the same thing 2 months ago. I asked if he could assign more people to the copy desk; there were about 5 people waiting. He blew me off, turned and walked away, and did not answer my questions. Basically, he was a coward and ran away. A textbook example of poor customer service and explains why the store is so horrid. A leader who can't lead.. I finally had my turn and the young woman helping me did not know how to use a copier; nor could she process my discount card. So I was late for my class. I guess I'll find another copy shop to use. One star is far too many to give them.
