I took my laptop in, it would not come on and I had already done a bit of work on it. I replaced battery, cords and finally motherboard. Still it would not work. They fixed up everything I had done, put a new lcd cable in it and low and behold my computer was working again. A few weeks later the motherboard started failing.( It was bought from someone else) They were so nice and called and told me within a couple of hours. I told them to replace it with their supplier and I would send the other back and get my money back. They said they could work with the company I used. I said no I trusted their source more. They got my board out and I sent it off, then they got the part in that day. Mike stayed late that day and put the new board in. They called me the next morning and my computer is faster and smoother running than ever! I found this company after reading reviews and the woman said they were so nice. I am so glad I decided to try them. They are not cheap, but they were affordable, and cheaper than office Depot which I have used and do not care for personally. They do charge labor, but were able to keep it under an hour including the the diagnostic, both times I used them. They called as soon as they know what is wrong with an estimate. The first time it was 40 within a day. Then with second time it was 95+shipping for the part. They were really wonderful and made my Christmas. I can not rave about these people enough.

Well it is when both self-service copiers were broken and the 2 copy desk workers were tied up with other customers. I checked in and waited. And waited. And waited. A five minute estimated wait turned into 45 minutes. I finally asked to see the Manager. A young man, whose name began with an L, told me that the copiers had been down for 3 days. I heard the same thing 2 months ago. I asked if he could assign more people to the copy desk; there were about 5 people waiting. He blew me off, turned and walked away, and did not answer my questions. Basically, he was a coward and ran away. A textbook example of poor customer service and explains why the store is so horrid. A leader who can't lead.. I finally had my turn and the young woman helping me did not know how to use a copier; nor could she process my discount card. So I was late for my class. I guess I'll find another copy shop to use. One star is far too many to give them.

I turned and walked again to hear him tell the young man that this impatient ass guy just walked away!! I turned to him and said a response and walked on again.
