I was repeatedly promised a delivery date, then told they would be ready "in the next 1-2 days", yet failing to deliver my simple business card design on time. After 3 weeks of continued false promises and delays, my cards indeed arrived, and were NOT what I originally asked for. Terrible. Just terrible.
