They'll charge a late fee plus however many days you've been late. I closed my account due to finding a house for my family. There's a lot of hidden fees. My mistake was I didn't look for any other storages.. maintenance fee is $20 . So if you're storing your stuff you're gonna be paying so much just to store your stuff. We got a 10x15 and we had to get a second storage because they aren't big enough. Keep in mind the 15 is the height .
