Wish I could leave 0 stars for the print center! I worked with Lori Munoz, "general manager" of this location. I used the self-serve printers to print out a white & pink striped paper (see image for color quality). The middle of all of the pages were yellow stained. It also printed and charged me separately for "sent from iPhone" print on the bottom of the email so be careful or it may charge you for blank papers. They always have a line, when it was my turn I respectfully explained the situation and asked for solutions (to Brianna) - would you be able to re print these for me with another printer because the coloring is yellow? Or would you be able to refund me and I can place a new order online separately because y'all are busy? She said if I had questions to wait for the manager. I waited and she came in extremely annoyed already ( definitely hates her job ) she told me that the printer does exactly what it's told so if there's a mess up it's because of me. She then called me over and asked for my receipt. She was like do you want your receipt? I asked what this was for? She said it was refunded. I explained I was asking for a reprint to correct the coloring vs a refund but thanked her anyways. She dismissed me. A wasn't even out of the printing department yet because her and her employee started talking badly about me and how "people can figure it out of their own and how they don't fix other people's screw ups!" (How professional (:!) I had to go back to realize that she only authorized a PARTIAL refund without my knowledge. I went back in and spoke to Rodney the Assistant Manager- he met me with patience, professionalism, & empathy for the situation. He was able to process the remainder of the refund and apologized for my experience. Staples - Printing Services Near Me - Midland, Texas

So I've come here twice. Twice to many! Service is horrible and completely a disaster. You don't know if anybody's working or what they're doing. You just see a bunch of people standing around. This time nobody knew where the line was to get a copy or to return anything one lady stood there and watched the line grow. Finally she came over to exchange only Amazon stuff and told everybody else that needed a copy that they would have to wait half an hour for someone to show. She clearly knew what we needed and waited till the line was full to come over and tell us that they can't help us because somebody isn't there to do the work. No clothes sign no reason for not to tell anybody and there we are standing there waiting service don't go there. read more

No one greeted me or offered to help during my visit. Store floor was nasty and aged. There was a relentless beeping going on. The manager was behind the cash register. Woman at the service desk was not in dress code wearing a red t-shirt and no name tag. Veronica checked me out and was very pleasant. The line was really long and they called for help. The two female managers were just watching and they were having their own side conversation but then walked into the office. One was younger and not in dress code and the other manager had an untucked shirt and excessive makeup. The people in front of me complained to a male manager that no one ever helped them in the copy center. He took accountability and tried to make it right. read more

Disaster of a store. Never using again. Purchased a simple address label online. Received confirmation email that the order would be ready the next day. Then, went to pick it up and was told they had no record of the order, despite showing them the confirmation email. Proceeded to call them the next day and was rudely told that it wasn't their problem and to call the 1-800 number. So after calling 1-800, the annoyed customer service agent put me on hold to call the store and figure it out. 10 min later he tells me that he contacted the store and they somehow found the order and it would be ready that day. 2 days later I get an email saying the order is ready to pick up. So I show up to pick it up and they say they don't have it and have no record of the order, even after showing them the email. So they proceed to call corporate customer service and lo and behold, the customer service line doesn't work. After pleading with them to solve the problem, they finally look down and see the order sitting RIGHT BEHIND THE COUNTER where it should be. Unbelievable waste of time and horrible customer service for the simplest of orders. 0/10 would not recommend shopping here. read more

Customer service is not Midland's seeing point, I get that; however Staples in Midland is one of the top of my "Worst Customer Service" places. I've gone into the store multiple times to buy different supplies. I went in a few weeks ago to buy some printable business card paper, marked at $49.99; when I get to the cashier, he didn't say a word to me. Once he had my total, he just looked at me, not saying anything! The paper rang up at $57.99; I asked him why the price was different. Without saying a word, he changed the price and said "there." I'm sorry, was it rude of me to ask why there was a difference?! I would have paid the higher price, just wanted an explanation. Yesterday, I went back to Staples looking for glossy, legal size paper. After searching for about 29 minutes without any help, I go to the printing desk. They have the paper I'm looking for in their sample book. I ask if I can buy some and the lady at the desk acts like she has no idea what I'm asking for. She then argues with me that the paper doesn't exist. What a freaking joke. I won't be going back to Staples anytime soon. read more

This place was fabulous from the second we stepped in the building! We were looking for a desk and an office chair along with miscellaneous office supplies. Moe, started grabbing everything I needed and putting it on his flat bed cart. He walked me up to the register and carried my stuff to the truck and even loaded it in! I know customer service isn't the strongest in Midland, but it was fabulous here! Thanks, Staples!!! read more

Every time I have used this company for print services, one of their machines has been "down" and it's taken me days-weeks to receive same-day products. The last time I used them (months ago) they didn't call me for 3 weeks. I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. Not once has someone called me to explain what was taking place, or that my products have finally come in. I always have to be on top of it, or they tend to forget. When I have called to discuss the issue, no one ever seems to care that there has been an issue. I'm very disappointed and will be using vistaprint or office max from now on. The only reason they received 2 stars is they actually have pretty great products... it just takes you forever to receive them. read more
