BAD MAN and His Water Colors are Horse Shit

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE!! OMG THIS BS PLACE DUDE Broke my phone and while I'm explaining to him how he broke my phone another guy comes in and tells him he broke his phone as well. TF I just came in to get it cleaned and he tells me $50 - I'm like whatever- fuck as long as you can do it while I go next door and handle business. I come back and guy gets his money. I go down the road and see my stuff F'd up around the corners where he cleaned my shit. THE VERY FIRST THING DUDE DOES is look for a sign on his wall saying were not responsible for damages. I'm like dude you broke my shit either apologize or give me a full refund. "NO NO NO iPHONE MAKES FAULTY SCREENS" THAT IS WHY IS BROKE" He raises his voice at me and continues on about how iPhone is the one who os responsible for this. I step back and record him on my iPhone that he broke until the Police come by which we both called because he runs a Bull Shit store and his Water Color Painting are Horse Shit. The Police comes and he is FORCED to give me a REFUND Long Story short Help out your local small businesses for REAL but WEED out these Bullshit Stores that DO NOT help the Community ok

Brought it to Battery Joe at the middle of January to get a battery replaced. They "overnighted"…read moremultiple screens because the heat they used broke our original screen. I get it; that sometimes happens, but then they proceeded to break two other screens and returned my iPad to me like this. I spoke personally to the manager to assured me that the screen would be overnighted. It was, then someone used it for another iPad. When they got mine in, they didn't call me to update me. I had to constantly call them. One tech said it was the loose charging port. The other said it wasn't. Then after having my iPad for THREE WEEKS, I finally got a call that it was ready. They also ordered another screen without a home button. You do this for a living. How do you not know what to order? Please keep in mind, this is the third screen. I showed up to pick it up and the excuses started. Ya see, it did start when I called you, but it turned off and isn't turning on. Could you come back tomorrow? Sure! Ugh!! But ok.... Next day. Screen comes in, she broke it. But don't worry, she called me and told me it was ready again. She forgot to mention that she broke the screen again. This time, it's non-repairable. So now I get the pleasure of not being able to access to my iPad to grab my old stuff. Neat. Yes, folks, again. And this picture here is how I took it home. The screen wasn't even attached. I know they went backwards on this one. The excuses started again, but I said ya know, let me just take it today and let's just be done. I've had enough of this run around. When the girl took me to the checkout counter, I asked how much they were actually going to charge me for and she said Word For Word ," well since this was my fu** up, we will only charge you for the battery." Wow. Super professional. She also then had to start searching for prices bc you know, me showing up was a surprise. This was a horrible, horrible experience. I don't know who owns this, but while I was there, they even gave two other customers the run around. If you're looking for the details on this situation if you have cameras, the date is Feb 5, 2024 at 2:00PM. I would rather risk giving my iPad to a local crack head to fix rather than these Yonks. Wish I could leave 0 stars for the print center! I worked…read morewith Lori Munoz, "general manager" of this location. I used the self-serve printers to print out a white & pink striped paper (see image for color quality). The middle of all of the pages were yellow stained. It also printed and charged me separately for "sent from iPhone" print on the bottom of the email so be careful or it may charge you for blank papers. They always have a line, when it was my turn I respectfully explained the situation and asked for solutions (to Brianna) - would you be able to re print these for me with another printer because the coloring is yellow? Or would you be able to refund me and I can place a new order online separately because y'all are busy? She said if I had questions to wait for the manager. I waited and she came in extremely annoyed already ( definitely hates her job ) she told me that the printer does exactly what it's told so if there's a mess up it's because of me. She then called me over and asked for my receipt. She was like do you want your receipt? I asked what this was for? She said it was refunded. I explained I was asking for a reprint to correct the coloring vs a refund but thanked her anyways. She dismissed me. A wasn't even out of the printing department yet because her and her employee started talking badly about me and how "people can figure it out of their own and how they don't fix other people's screw ups!" (How professional (:!) I had to go back to realize that she only authorized a PARTIAL refund without my knowledge. I went back in and spoke to Rodney the Assistant Manager- he met me with patience, professionalism, & empathy for the situation. He was able to process the remainder of the refund and apologized for my experience. Just throwing out that Rodney would be an excellent General Manager, as it seems this location needs to do some adjustments...

So I've come here twice. Twice to many! Service is horrible and completely a disaster. You don't…read moreknow if anybody's working or what they're doing. You just see a bunch of people standing around. This time nobody knew where the line was to get a copy or to return anything one lady stood there and watched the line grow. Finally she came over to exchange only Amazon stuff and told everybody else that needed a copy that they would have to wait half an hour for someone to show. She clearly knew what we needed and waited till the line was full to come over and tell us that they can't help us because somebody isn't there to do the work. No clothes sign no reason for not to tell anybody and there we are standing there waiting service don't go there.
