I turned and walked again to hear him tell the young man that this impatient ass guy just walked away!! I turned to him and said a response and walked on again. He comes trailing after me hollering to make a scene and said he's the manager and won't serve me!!!! If a manager has no clue where items are located and ignores a customer with zero people skills the your company needs to do better!!!!! This place was so nice and easy to take my computer to and get looked at. The two techs were always…read morenice as well as the receptionist/office woman. They were very capable. I took my laptop in, it would not come on and I had already done a bit of work on it. I replaced battery, cords and finally motherboard. Still it would not work. They fixed up everything I had done, put a new lcd cable in it and low and behold my computer was working again. A few weeks later the motherboard started failing.( It was bought from someone else) They were so nice and called and told me within a couple of hours. I told them to replace it with their supplier and I would send the other back and get my money back. They said they could work with the company I used. I said no I trusted their source more. They got my board out and I sent it off, then they got the part in that day. Mike stayed late that day and put the new board in. They called me the next morning and my computer is faster and smoother running than ever! I found this company after reading reviews and the woman said they were so nice. I am so glad I decided to try them. They are not cheap, but they were affordable, and cheaper than office Depot which I have used and do not care for personally. They do charge labor, but were able to keep it under an hour including the the diagnostic, both times I used them. They called as soon as they know what is wrong with an estimate. The first time it was 40 within a day. Then with second time it was 95+shipping for the part. They were really wonderful and made my Christmas. I can not rave about these people enough.

Even when there were 6 others ahead of me, I only waited about 25 mins - not too bad. Jose helped me that day. I was very happy that be took out his mask and wore it during our entire transaction.
