They double charged me and then acted like they didn't and reprinted as if I hadn't picked up the first order. Liars!

Disaster of a store! I came on a Saturday morning to use the self-service copier. I needed 5 copies of 4 sheets of paper. Big deal, right? Well it is when both self-service copiers were broken and the 2 copy desk workers were tied up with other customers. I checked in and waited. And waited. And waited. A five minute estimated wait turned into 45 minutes. I finally asked to see the Manager. A young man, whose name began with an L, told me that the copiers had been down for 3 days. I heard the same thing 2 months ago. I asked if he could assign more people to the copy desk; there were about 5 people waiting. He blew me off, turned and walked away, and did not answer my questions. Basically, he was a coward and ran away. A textbook example of poor customer service and explains why the store is so horrid. A leader who can't lead.. I finally had my turn and the young woman helping me did not know how to use a copier; nor could she process my discount card. So I was late for my class. I guess I'll find another copy shop to use. One star is far too many to give them. read more

We were searching for new office furniture for our home office and the idea of getting it at Office Depot rang a bell. The staff is very helpful and even approached us several times if we were needing any help, they were even nice enough to provide us with a tape measure for measuring the display computer desk needless to say we got the desk, chair, paper shredder and power surge extension cord. Kenny the store manager assisted us in getting the furniture all together towards check out, he was very knowledgeable and eager to help, be sure to ask for Kenny if your needing office furniture!!! They never answer they're phone. They answer and immediately place you on hold. Grade F

I took 3 computers in to upgrade to Windows 10. They said they could upgrade any computer ,regardless. I got a call saying one of my computers had 2 Trojans and a worm Virus . $99. I said ok,, fix it . Never heard from them for a few days . So I called and asked if they were ready . They asked "which one "? I said all of them if possible. I got my computer back and it didnt do nothing . had no way to get online, just a picture .Was told to bring it back . I'm 35 miles away .so I took it back , and went back to get it and when i got it back ,it did the exact same thing, NOTHING ! I spent 300 miles driving back and forth and they didnt do nothing to any of my computers but waste my time. No upgrades , they can't put Windows 10 on any computer They actually cant do nothing , didnt do nothing , wont do nothing , to be honest , its just a waste of space at office depot and a waste of your time to go there read more

Great customer service!!! Everyone is so helpful! If you buy lots of ink and paper sign up for the rewards program it'll pay off.
