I bet they'd be awesome if they would answer THE FUCKING PHONE. Have called at least half the day trying to get information on a product.

DO NOT hire this company!! Horrible customer service, rude demeanors and these people shouldn't be…read moreallowed near children at all. My 5 year old was just a guest of a birthday party where they hired The Game Cave and these people who run it were kicked off of the property within 45 minutes of arriving. There is so much to say about what happened. First, this man wouldn't even allow kids into the trailer until every single kid had arrived at the party. The party was from 4-6pm so when the last child arrived at 4:30, he finally went over his "rules". So ultimately, he held the game trailer hostage for 30 minutes into his 2 hour paid rental. As if it would have been such an inconvenience to this man to have to explain the rules more than once. During his rules speech...in a harsh, ugly tone, he kept telling every little boy he would "kick them out!" if they broke any of his rules. Ok. We can all agree rules are necessary. But this tone and just plain mean attitude was not necessary. I'm not sure what kids you've dealt with in the past sir.. but these kids were very respectful of your property and you still treated them all like dirt. Even a 5 year old! Come on! The trailer, game consoles and these people were all treated with respect by these boys. There were 3 moms in there watching their every move but yet these people still wanted to act like these kids had bad intentions. These two people are the epitome of those who should never work around kids and they chose the wrong profession. A prison guard would be more suited for them. Next, these people have all of their rules..but have no problem at all coming onto someone else's property and smoking in the driveway. How disrespectful. And at a child's party! You two can go 2 hours without a cigarette..I promise...you won't die. Whether you are in your truck smoking, standing outside of the truck, and you even clean up your cigarettes..you were in a client's drive way and on their property smoking while standing by the trailer. How awful. Your entire trailer stunk like the smoker trash you both are. Now..when I was in the trailer with my 5 year old, I personally watched this man walk up to a little boy who had his foot (with no shoes) up on the cushion of the seat. This man stalked up to the little boy and tapped on his leg so aggressively and nastily told him to move his foot. Again..not necessary to be so unkind. He didn't even try to kindly and gently remind these boys- who are getting into the games and might have innocently forgotten- the rule of no feet on the cushion. They are only trying to be comfortable on the very narrow seat. Kindness goes a long way with children. Your aggression is not necessary and your dirty hands need to stay off of the kids. I personally felt the wrath of this man's spite and anger when I walked into his trailer with my spill-proof water cup with a lid and straw. He rudely told me I can set my water outside on his truck and that no water is allowed. That's fine. I didn't hear the rules but I will absolutely abide by this. However, the cigarette smoke fumes coming off of this man and his wife is causing more damage than a spill-proof water tumbler ever will. Not everyone is out to ruin the game trailer like these horrible people seem to think. The saddest part of this fiasco is next. The birthday boy actually asked his mom to make these two people leave with the game trailer. They were so rude to him and his friends and he just wanted them both gone. Last, when this man and his wife were asked to leave the property, the woman actually had the nerve to argue with the homeowner. Within minutes of leaving, she had a Facebook post on their business page taking up for their bad behavior. Two of the moms at the party commented on this post and were both blocked and deleted. Screenshots of this post are below. Beware of this company and take your $200/hr elsewhere.
