But then, they identified several other issues - water main only 1/2 ON, leaking underground pipes, back yard valves with no covers (and one under a poured patio!) and some heads that weren't doing the job. They told me what problems I had, told me how much it would cost to make right (VERY reasonable) and set to work doing the work with no wasted time or effort. The work was done extremely well - on budget - and my front and back lawn sprinklers are now working as they should have when first installed. Fixed front and rear stations, leaking pipes, head replacements and construction of a new back yard valve and sprinkler location - five hours, $500 labor AND PARTS! VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE AND DONE RGHT! I greatly respect Johnny and Billy for their integrity, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Need sprinkler repair or new construction? CALL Johnny and Billy at CLS FIRST!! You will be very pleased your did!

CLC also offers a summer program 3 days a week which keeps little ones involved with friends and active learning. Best decision we could have made for our family!

My family and I recently moved to Midland from the East Coast. Late one Friday night, our refrigerator's water dispenser started to act up - randomly spurting water onto the kitchen floor. Not having any established relationships with service providers in the area, I called a few places based on our home builder's recommendations. Because it was late in the evening, many places were already closed for the weekend. One company (not this one) attempted to sell us a new circuit board and extra diagnosis fees for weekend calls having not even come onsite. Most didn't call back or were too busy to respond quickly. The Appliance Tech was the only pace only place that returned my call in less than 30 minutes. They came in first-thing the next morning (Saturday!) quickly noting a bad flap and switch. The technician took the time to check for the most competitive prices online to validate that we did not overpay for the new parts. He also said that if these new parts didn't solve the problem, noting a potentially bad motherboard, he'd return for no additional labor. Outstanding! Many believe that household-name service companies are best. However, they compensate themselves by either charging you full MSRP on parts or ordering cheap parts and charging a premium for labor. Neither was the case with the Appliance Tech. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with the speed, cost, professionalism, and correction of the problem. Our problem started Friday evening and by Wednesday evening parts were installed with a 1-year warranty. I'm particular and have high expectations for the service companies I pay. It shouldn't have to take weeks/months to get an appliance fixed. If you need help, this is the company to call. You won't be disappointed. read more

If for any reason you have a appliance that needs service and repair, call the Appliance Tech, 1st. when you call you will be greeted by a most Friendly and Delightful voice of Crystal who will let you explain your Appliance problem or problems and set up a appointment. these are the real professionals of how a consumer should be treated and made to feel valued. i want to say that the repair tech JORGE is the MAN, very professional to his trade. JORGE is very efficient, very effective, and very knowledgeable, but most of all HONEST. THIS COMPANY IS NOT OUT TO GIVE YOU ANYTHING BUT THE RIGHT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM. This is a great locally owned small business to meet your appliance repair needs. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional and they got our dishwasher working like new in no time at all. They are 100% upfront and open about pricing and explain all options and charges thoroughly before completing any services. If you're familiar with the Midland/Odessa area, you're probably familiar with having to wait long times to get things fixed due to companies being backed up.
