Throughout the 30 years I have had occasion to call upon them for service on the well. I want to say that every time they have responded quickly to my call for service. They are less expensive than other companies and they offer something none of the others do, they will give you 90 days to pay the bill, making 1/3 payments per month. Today i woke up and discovered my water was no longer flowing. Called Wheeler and yet again they responded quickly, that afternoon my water was flowing. Everyone I have come into contact with Wheeler have been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Not only did they come out within a couple of hours (including the 45 min drive to my mom's), but they fixed the well shaft wall (~230+ ft and not installed to code), replaced the pump, and kept me informed of the progress the entire time. They were accommodating of the fact that I was not on site for billing and customer service was top notch from the very first phone call to the last. Pricing was extremely reasonable, especially considering how high prices are right now. Very fairly priced, polite & professional, knowledgeable, accommodating...these are my guys from now on!
