Rusty talked her through the whole situation over the phone and came out that afternoon to inspect. Rusty is very knowledgeable and during the estimate he spent a great deal of time inspecting the home and giving us our options. Rusty also took the time to explain how to get rid of the bugs and we never felt like he was trying to pressure us into any particular service. After we decided to spray her room, Rusty came out with his assistant and they took care of everything for us! They went above and beyond to take care of my daughter and I am so thankful. Our apartment complex had another man come by to inspect around the same time Affordable Pest Control came out. Not only were his prices higher but he did not fully inspect the house like Rusty. I will only be using this company moving forward because they are very knowledgeable in their field and also very hard working. It has been several weeks and we have had no problems! I cannot say enough good things about Affordable Pest Control!

Why did they not say 'oh it's $75 BUT there's a minimum of $150'???? How many poor unsuspecting folks have over paid for product with this underhanded way??? | guarantee most people would say ok give me 2 that way they're getting their moneys worth! Called to setup appointment gave them information they asked for. Called the day prior to confirm appointment and they had misplaced the address of where they were needing to be. Well that was a red flag but needed service because other cranes where not available when we needed. They were there to provide the service we needed but in the process damaged homeowners property! This was very upsetting for both the property owner and us. After several attempts we were able to talk to the owner of American Crane Services. They agreed to pay for damages but they kept giving the run around. The Owner implied that after the fact that they always had hiccups but the hiccups never make it to court. My opinion is that they don't do right because they know they can get away with it. They ended not paying for the damage they caused. Of course we were not going to let this experience go south so we ended up rectifying the situation with our customer by paying for the damages ourselves. At the end our customer was satisfied with our services. American Cranes of Odessa was very unprofessional, rude, and used foul language. Will not be using them in the future.
