When I called to dispute the bill, I was told that not only did I owe December but also January now. They had called the 2 numbers that I had told them were no longer in service. There were 2 people at the home waiting for them but they claimed that no one answered the door. When I spoke to the the manager she told me that there was no reason to discuss the matter because "she did not believe me and that I was not going to believe her". Worst customer service ever!

We called Culligan and they were out the next day to service both systems. Due to their lack of use, they had to replace both units. Very professional and all work was done in two days. Recently however my husband decided we should install our own softener for cost effectiveness. While I hate the idea of something happening and not being able to just call Culligan out, my husband is super handy and I tend to be as well when forced to be haha. In such and instance as when my husband is out of town and things tend to go haywire.
