There were 2 people at the home waiting for them but they claimed that no one answered the door. Please never stay in building 1, your toilet will never work and I mean NEVER. I call the maintenance crew at least once a week. One time I went a complete 48 hours without a working toilet, I had to go to work just to do number two. Don't let the decent inside of these apartments fool you. The staff are the most unreliable, and unprofessional crew I've rented from. I lived there for 16 months and there were 5 different crews of people in that time frame. Let's just top it off my refrigerator never ran cold and my mailbox got broken into do you think I got a sympathy card or for them to fix the issues? You guess right! NOPE!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There was daily trash on the property grounds, beer cans, water bottles, wrappers etc. Several pet owners with either pets that ran wild (cats) stray dogs and dogs that would get loose. Yet some residents would get nasty calls about pet feces while others were not told anything. Plus there is a pool in the community with rules posted that never apply. They also seem to make new rules up as issues come along. I understand the need for rules. However no one is putting these rules in an accessible document and they were not being communicated to everyone in a professional courteous way. The rules that were communicated were made up on a whim and then told to some not all residents. Once I witnessed a child tell maintenance about wasps in the pool and his response was I don't give a "sh!$", just one example of professionalism. I also noticed a woman sitting outside of the pool fence watching her kids swim yet was told by a maintenance man in a threatening manner that she had to be inside the fence. Why? Who knows. Yet a few days before she was told by management that as long as she could see the kids she could be where she wanted. Yet other children swim on a daily with no supervision at all. Just a few examples of inconsistencies.

Within 45 mins of arrival all 4 crew members were taking a smoke break (mind you they're getting paid by the hour). 4 employees X 10 mins is almost an hour worth of labor, @$195 an hour just standing around leisurely smoking. The crew showed little care in my valuables. They placed dressers and furniture on a dolly and rolled them as fast as they could down my front stairs with a BAM! BAM! BAM! each time a new stair was taken. One crew member had a young diaper clad toddler in his personal car during the move. At one point he asked that some of my family watch his little girl while he continued to work. The little girl ended up falling down in the backyard and hitting her head on the concrete - creating a liability for the homeowner. Once my items were moved to the new house the little girl proceeded to play with my daughter's toys to keep her entertained and out of the way of the workmen. This speaks to the utter lack of professionalism of Brothers employees. This was not an ideal 'bring your kid to work' scenario. **Important** My refrigerator and a stand alone freezer would not fit through my door without taking off the doors. The movers refused to take the doors off the fridge and freezer to finish the job. Seems like a pretty standard procedure for movers to perform. They said they would just leave the items outside. I had to scramble through all of my unpacked boxes to find a screwdriver and socket set to remove the doors myself. Searching though all my packed stuff to find the required tools took a fair amount of time - all while they stood around and waited. The moving crew left trash, water bottles & clothing in the front yard of my old house. We moved 4 houses down the street, cost me $2.4K and I regret the day Brothers Moving and Storage ever came across my Google search. I'm moving again on the 22nd this month and I avoided this company like the plague. I'd recommend you do the same.

I was continuously paying my bill to have it stored while I was signing my paperwork for my new house. I went to get my belongings and it had been stolen. I reach out to everyone and they just keep passing the ball to the next person. They even hung up on me a couple times. My tvs, my kids belongings, my belongings, my sons moms belongings, along with furniture has all been stolen and nobody had a answer or a solution to reimburse me for my belongings. I wish they would reach out and get this problem fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS company to anyone . I'm not the first to write a review and I'm sure I'm not the last.
