One time I went a complete 48 hours without a working toilet, I had to go to work just to do number two. Don't let the decent inside of these apartments fool you. The staff are the most unreliable, and unprofessional crew I've rented from. I lived there for 16 months and there were 5 different crews of people in that time frame. There was daily trash on the property grounds, beer cans, water bottles, wrappers etc. Several pet owners with either pets that ran wild (cats) stray dogs and dogs that would get loose. Yet some residents would get nasty calls about pet feces while others were not told anything. Plus there is a pool in the community with rules posted that never apply. They also seem to make new rules up as issues come along. I understand the need for rules. However no one is putting these rules in an accessible document and they were not being communicated to everyone in a professional courteous way. The rules that were communicated were made up on a whim and then told to some not all residents. Once I witnessed a child tell maintenance about wasps in the pool and his response was I don't give a "sh!$", just one example of professionalism. I also noticed a woman sitting outside of the pool fence watching her kids swim yet was told by a maintenance man in a threatening manner that she had to be inside the fence. Why? Who knows. Yet a few days before she was told by management that as long as she could see the kids she could be where she wanted. Yet other children swim on a daily with no supervision at all. Just a few examples of inconsistencies.

During back to school shopping, my daughters were wearing me out from store to store so I decided it was time for a snack break. I was first irritated by the young man who took our order who was constantly looking at his watch, lacked eye contact, and was short with his words with us during our already very brief interaction. If it was a tactic to get rid of us, that kind of worked because I won't be back again. Because they had no classic large pretzels. That's all I ever want at that place. I don't like the pretzel bites that much. At that point I didn't even ask if I could wait for one because I didn't want to be around his negative attitude. We offloaded some of our shopping bags and ate in my air-conditioned vehicle since there weren't many sitting arrangements in the mall that were available. The cheese was not very warm. The pretzel bites were shockingly fine. Not overcooked or perhaps dried out as I have experienced at many Auntie Anne's. This place is in a kiosk in the middle of the Midland Park Mall in Midland, Texas.

Brothers moved and stored our belongings in June 2026 and was horrible in every way. Loading…read moreinvoice claimed 5 movers and 2 trucks; there were 3 movers (of which only 1 guy was actually hustling) in one undersized truck. They had to come back the next day to load remaining furniture and boxes in another truck and I had to hound them (3 calls & 2 emails) to get it done before I had to be out of the house. Contracts/documents are signed ON THE MOVERS PHONE! once they already have control of your belongings. It's impossible to read through several pages of contract on this guys phone while he's holding it. Oh, and one of the worthless guys managed to damage three wall corners that needed repair before move out. After storing for two weeks, a truck and a panel van show up with a crew of mostly day-laborers who dropped and damaged multiple pieces of furniture and boxes. They scratched a brand new floor in two separate rooms literally dragging in a heavy wall bed which they then broke, making it unusable. They damaged a large specially-made desk which will require professional repair and another cabinet which I ended up just throwing away out of frustration. The very best part is that, after all of that damage (the wall bed alone will cost $3000 to replace, the owner Paul Woodruff is down-grading my insurance claim to ZERO DOLLARS based on $1 per pound --that tiny text on the phone, remember? minus $1000 deductible. Do not use Brothers Moving & Storage. You'd be better off just putting all your stuff in the dumpster now and saving the headache. Oh wait, there's more! Michael, or whoever does the walk-through, will give you an estimate with a "not to exceed" amount and be so very proud that they disclose this upper limit but I can promise you, that upper limit is exactly what you will pay. They will manage to get it there one way or another.
