After checking out my property, they simply stated they CAN'T do the job because it takes too much time and resources. So essentially, they are refusing to fix my air duct because it isn't worth their time. This behavior is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. It's so amateur that they can't even manage their schedule properly. I'm thankful they showed their lack of professionalism and experience upfront and saved me the headache of hiring them. My response to the reply: There's no miscommunication. I was scheduled for 9am and the tech arrived at 1pm completely unannounced. The attic has normal access.

The company came out to look at our HVAC system and decided at nine years old they wanted to sell us a new system. They assumed we had a leak and it made more sense to replace the whole thing. That company quoted me $13,200 to replace the entire system. Fast forward to my experience with Billy Black. The first time I called I spoke to Billy, just a down-to-earth guy. Billy sent his technician Jake to give me a second opinion. Both Billy and Jake are true professionals. It's clear these guys operate on honesty and integrity. Jake used an electronic device to sniff our entire system. He could not find a leak. We did end up replacing condenser fan motor and topping off the system. I went from $13,200 with the other company to a few hundred with Billy Black. From now on, Billy will be my first phone call.
