She was extremely nice & very professional. She scheduled the repair & followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going accordingly. From scheduling to repair everything ran smoothly. Logan F. & Candice S. were the ones assigned to fix the leak. Logan's work is nothing short of the highest quality. They repaired the leaks, cleaned up after themselves and did it with a smile. Both Logan and Candice are a great examples of how amazing employees should represent a company. I am amazed at the competency this company and their employees represent. We now have a "new" unit that we paid full price for that has replacement parts and does not have the manufactures label or serial number on the unit. The whole process was a circus and completely not worth the headache. Only positive was installer was nice. Highly recommend using another company that cares about their customers a little more and takes care of business much better.
