Absolutely terrible management. My estimate was scheduled for 9am. I should have known better when…read morethey didn't even show up until 1pm due to a "busy schedule". After checking out my property, they simply stated they CAN'T do the job because it takes too much time and resources. So essentially, they are refusing to fix my air duct because it isn't worth their time. This behavior is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. It's so amateur that they can't even manage their schedule properly. I'm thankful they showed their lack of professionalism and experience upfront and saved me the headache of hiring them. My response to the reply: There's no miscommunication. I was scheduled for 9am and the tech arrived at 1pm completely unannounced. The attic has normal access.

Where do I start, Billy Black was my second call. In the past we used what I thought was another…read morereputable company. The company came out to look at our HVAC system and decided at nine years old they wanted to sell us a new system. They assumed we had a leak and it made more sense to replace the whole thing. That company quoted me $13,200 to replace the entire system. Fast forward to my experience with Billy Black. The first time I called I spoke to Billy, just a down-to-earth guy. Billy sent his technician Jake to give me a second opinion. Both Billy and Jake are true professionals. It's clear these guys operate on honesty and integrity. Jake used an electronic device to sniff our entire system. He could not find a leak. We did end up replacing condenser fan motor and topping off the system. I went from $13,200 with the other company to a few hundred with Billy Black. From now on, Billy will be my first phone call.

Great service, trust in customers…read more Our AC had been freezing off and on all summer. Our Home Choice Warranty plan was useless. After 2 No shows of companies contracted out and an approved company called One Way Heating and Air, who in my opinion tried to pull a fast one on us. Said we needed a pull and clean which would run 850.00, HCW denied it saying it was a maintenance issue. We called Aztech who found the problem right away. They put in a new contactor and didn't charge for the part til they were for sure it was the problem. Who does that? Our A/C has been working great ever since. Thank you Aztec for trusting us and getting our AC running.
