I loved these guys. They fixed a problem at my daughter's house and she recommended them to me. I was contacted promptly after requesting a quote. Alonzo came out and was very thorough in figuring what I would need and gave great information for me to consider in making my decision. Erazmo and Toby showed up just as promised for installation. Compressor went out yesterday afternoon. Called ONEWAY at 4:55pm. Was greeted by the most friendly and empathetic receptionist who got me connected with Edgar Ortiz (one of their great team) in about 30 minutes. The tech arrived when he said he would (6:30pm). Edgar got me up and running in an hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable and the price was more than fair. I highly recommend ONEWAY Heating and Air to anyone needing repair/service on their HVAC system. They are my new "go to" HVAC repair/service from now on. PS. I was so disappointed with the company i started out with originally. 2 days. So i cancelled them and surfing the internet i came across one way Humm sounds Christian 5 stars. Ill try them. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! They called me with updates on the techs arrival TWICE! And when im burning up those calls were actually silver linings to me. Then JULIO III and Julio IV came. We live in Pecos, Texas and of course the AC went out on a Friday. No one in our small town could get to us before the following Monday. We called One Way and although he had other calls, he met us in Midland and sold us the parts we thought we needed. Those parts weren't what we needed so we called Toby again. He had a fan motor on his truck and again so us the part. He took time to explain how to install. (my fiance is very handy) Shortly after we were in a cool house again. We called One Way after needing a second opinion when our AC went out. We were told (by others) it was an electrical issue but when Toby came out to assess our A/C unit (after normal business hours), he quickly determined the issue was the compressor. He was able to come out less than 24 hours later to repair our system and did not pressure us to upgrade, just made us aware of our options. We are very thankful for Toby and his professionalism. Amazing and quick service for a Saturday in the middle of summer. Called and had a technician in my home within an hour. Technician was polite and knowledgeable, was able to fix our problem promptly and identified other areas of weakness in our HVAC system, he kindly gave us a quote for those fixes. Called in the morning to get a.c. fixed and they arrived the same day and replaced the parts that needed fixing. The service tech was nice and friendly and got the job done quick.
