I purchased an air conditioning system from ONE WAY almost 3 years ago. Was extremely pleased by the way this company did business at that time, and I continue to be today. I had them come by to check out the system a couple of days ago. We were having having a small problem with the unit. Alonso and his co-worker were exceptional in being punctual and prompt in diagnosing and repairing the problem. And they also exercised appropriate care in this time of COVID-19 and social distancing. A business professional recommended this ONE WAY to me a number of years ago, and I'm so glad he did. I wish more businesses operated with the same high standards and professionalism. For those familiar with the "Golden Rule" - "treat others the way you would want them to treat you," this consistently has been the way ONE WAY has dealt with me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

I loved these guys. They fixed a problem at my daughter's house and she recommended them to me. I was contacted promptly after requesting a quote. Alonzo came out and was very thorough in figuring what I would need and gave great information for me to consider in making my decision. Erazmo and Toby showed up just as promised for installation. I had to go to work and left things with my daughter. They went right to work, were quick, very professional and courteous. The unit works great and everything was cleaned up after them. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing Heating and AC services. I wish I had known about them before having another company out for a previous installation that was not as favorable. Like I said, I loved these guys. Thank You read more

Compressor went out yesterday afternoon. Called ONEWAY at 4:55pm. Was greeted by the most friendly and empathetic receptionist who got me connected with Edgar Ortiz (one of their great team) in about 30 minutes. The tech arrived when he said he would (6:30pm). Edgar got me up and running in an hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable and the price was more than fair. I highly recommend ONEWAY Heating and Air to anyone needing repair/service on their HVAC system. They are my new "go to" HVAC repair/service from now on. PS. My old HVAC people finally returned my first call to them (they have an answering service) WHILE Edgar was just finishing repairing my compressor! read more

We live in Pecos, Texas and of course the AC went out on a Friday. No one in our small town could get to us before the following Monday. We called One Way and although he had other calls, he met us in Midland and sold us the parts we thought we needed. Those parts weren't what we needed so we called Toby again. He had a fan motor on his truck and again so us the part. He took time to explain how to install. (my fiance is very handy) Shortly after we were in a cool house again. Will use One Way again and refer anyone I know to them. read more

We called One Way after needing a second opinion when our AC went out. We were told (by others) it was an electrical issue but when Toby came out to assess our A/C unit (after normal business hours), he quickly determined the issue was the compressor. He was able to come out less than 24 hours later to repair our system and did not pressure us to upgrade, just made us aware of our options. We are very thankful for Toby and his professionalism. Pricing was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend One Way to anyone. read more

Amazing and quick service for a Saturday in the middle of summer. Called and had a technician in my home within an hour. Technician was polite and knowledgeable, was able to fix our problem promptly and identified other areas of weakness in our HVAC system, he kindly gave us a quote for those fixes. We will definitely be using them to fix those issues in the future. read more

The lady answering phones was polite and even called to make sure we were home before sending out a tech. (Had a problem in the past with diff companies). Very pleased with their service. read more

We called them at 530pm from a city 45 minutes away. Within 2 1/2 hours including driving time they had our AC up and running again. Anthony was quick, friendly and honest. Not to mention I thought the price was incredibly fair especially being an after hours call. read more

Excellent professionals . Did a excellent job and explained what they were doing and also gave tips on how to keep the unit working prop.

Tyrone Brooks came to work on a mini split and he was friendly, informative, efficient, and left the place tidy! Highly recommend!

Showed up on time, very cordial, and fixed the problem quickly (messed up electrical, by the electricians...).
