She was extremely nice & very professional. She scheduled the repair & followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going accordingly. From scheduling to repair everything ran smoothly. Logan F. & Candice S. were the ones assigned to fix the leak. Logan's work is nothing short of the highest quality. They repaired the leaks, cleaned up after themselves and did it with a smile. When he got here, he was shocked that many things had even passed inspection when I bought 3 yrs ago and he was also shocked my outside unit even still worked since it was like 40 yrs old. He was the most reasonably priced to install my new unit, outside condenser and inside coil and heater and all that stuff. As well as upgrading my thermostat and wiring/gas line. His guys came in and then cleaned up after themselves and were completely respectful and professional. He also offers his own extended warranty (which I didn't take since I plan to move very soon) that other companies dont. I would hope if I ever had to go through this again (hopefully not while Im in town), that I could count on Billy again. BTW, research the brands everyone offers. After 2 No shows of companies contracted out and an approved company called One Way Heating and Air, who in my opinion tried to pull a fast one on us. Said we needed a pull and clean which would run 850.00, HCW denied it saying it was a maintenance issue. We called Aztech who found the problem right away. They put in a new contactor and didn't charge for the part til they were for sure it was the problem. Who does that? Our A/C has been working great ever since.
