Been here multiple times over the years…read more The owner is very friendly and nice as is the bottle filler outside. The receptionist however has been a smartass (but friendly) every time I have been there. My bigger complaint is their prices. If you call and ask how much propane is they will tell you 2.05 a gallon, but when you ask why they charge 85$ for 25 gallons the receptionist then disclaims that 2.05 is for a 100 gallon minimum.

I reached out by text to the number I had been corresponding with to see if they could fix the cups or refund for the 3 that were damaged with no response. I paid with Venmo so I requested $45 be paid back to me and that request was denied by Becca Oldham. (I'm assuming she is the owner) Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. It's really unfortunate that people don't honor their work. I don't think I'm being unreasonable ...it's not like I'm asking for a full refund. Would not recommend anyone spend their hard earned money with Basin Laser.

For one month I checked back with police and each time they said they had not been contacted by facility to pickup video. I was having to communicate between the two. The facility would not release info to me it had to go to police. After receiving info a month later the quality of the video was very poor. Was told by manager that I was the only unit that had been broken into in a long time. Just found out there has been others and on June 7th several RV were broken in to.
