I chose A-1 Graphic Solutions (also A-1 Signs) after hearing good things. I met with an employee and provided a design for the hats. The employee accepted the design and agreed to complete the job of around 30 hats. I was told they would be complete within a month or so. A month came and went and I heard nothing. I would occasionally reach out to the employee for a status update. The employee gave me nothing but excuses. It literally took 5 months to complete 30 hats. The employee told me "the hats look great". Happy they were finally complete, I went to pick them up. When I looked at the hats I can't tell you how disappointed I was. The logos were crooked, and the embroidery was sewn on through the sweat band of the hats. It was horrible. The employee told me they would re-do them. I never heard anything again. Luckily I didn't pay for them up front. Very disappointed in A-1. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Later, I discovered they had actually signed me up for a credit card without my knowledge or consent. When I called to request copies of the paperwork or any disclosures, they were unable to provide anything showing that I was informed or that the required terms were presented. Regulation Z, the Truth in Lending Act, requires clear disclosure of APR, fees, and terms to be provided before a credit card application is submitted. None were given to me, and they couldn't produce any documentation afterward. Very disappointing and not the level of transparency customers deserve. They also qouted me $2,000 above the price of the same ring another local jewler was able to custom make for me.
