This company does not stand behind their work. I took 22 cups for engraving and 3 of them were damaged. They didn't inform me. I found out when I got home and started unboxing them. I reached out by text to the number I had been corresponding with to see if they could fix the cups or refund for the 3 that were damaged with no response. I paid with Venmo so I requested $45 be paid back to me and that request was denied by Becca Oldham. (I'm assuming she is the owner) Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. It's really unfortunate that people don't honor their work. I don't think I'm being unreasonable ...it's not like I'm asking for a full refund. This place is awesome. Its small, family owned and operated business right in the middle of Midland. They can ship orders anywhere and have the ability to have your order ready the next day. DEFINITELY recommend these guys. All my cups have been engraved by them. And everyone in my fam gets them for Christmas or birthdays! read more
